Such a blessing for Taos and for visitors like me. Tiny and terrific. The best Breve Latte I've had anywhere in the Southwest. The ladies who make up the dynamic crew are intensely cool. My Taos friend who has lived here over 40 years took me to the coffee house and what a gift it is. When I visit again it will be my first stop, even before my friend's house! Jonny, just kidding.....

The day I showed up at opening they discovered that someone had broken a large window next to the door in the night, entered, and strangely only took a roll of quarters and the small change that was left overnight in the till. All towns have this scourge and the World Cup crew had it under control in mere minutes. The coffee must go on!

Busy, quaint coffee shop in the heart of Taos. My husband and I both thought our drinks were perfect! I got the Mocha Picante, and my husband got a vanilla latte.

Amazing coffee, went here 4 days straight on our vacation trip. The mocha picante is WONDERFUL! They only affect cash, Venmo or check so be prepared. The lemon zucchini bread is to die for also!

Nice local place right beside Taos plaza. The coffee they offer is okay I guess. You can get different flavors added as well. The cool thing is you can get a CBD gem or two added to the coffee if you like. They do not accept credit or debit cards, so bring cash when you go into the store.

This is a cash, check or venmo only business at the heart of downtown Taos. They serve different kinds of mocha and other hot drinks. We ordered the Mocha Negra and Mocha with orange zest. We liked both very much. They're not too sweet and goes well with their coffee cakes. Comes in three sizes and customizable for vegan customers.

How do they do it? How do they get it right every time? I'm in awe of the beverage brujas at World Cup Cafe, fiercely focused and simultaneously feisty and friendly. They rule with their badass playlists (Ethiopian, Greek, and African music on the morning I visited) and pithy postcards. And unlike many other high-ranking coffee specialty bars, their non-caffeinated offerings are just as inspired as their incomparable coffee drinks. I had a ginger turmeric oat milk latte that is still haunting me like a handsome maharaja. What could be more pleasant than sitting on their outdoor bench, chatting amiably with strangers, and watching the parade of eclectics go by? Or sitting inside at the bar and writing postcards to all of your far flung friends? For me, no trip to Taos would be complete without stopping at World Cup.

Great coffee, friendly and helpful staff. My wife spilled coffee, but they took it in stride to clean up and even offered another one for no charge. Outstanding service! But, they also made the best tasting latte I've had in a very long time.

Best cuppa espresso Joe to be found in the West. You can buy ground or beans to take or just enjoy the flavor and fun here... 5 stars! Reviewed by a local who knows!

Charming little coffee shop just off the plaza with a wide and unusual selection of coffee drinks. There are several different types of mochas, and several additives (even CBD).
The dark chocolate mocha was rich and delicious.

We travel the southwest and are always trying new coffee spots. Usually we are traveling through Taos later at night and haven’t been able try World Cup, until today! The line was out the door which was a good indicator as to how good the coffee was, and let me just say they didn’t disappoint! Very seldom do we find a solid coffee shop with great coffee. We were in line, and in front of us was a couple from Brooklyn who stop in every year around this time because the coffee is so great! We are now on the list of return customers after our experience and great tasting coffee! Thank you World Cup!

Went into this shop for a coffee after visiting the Farmers market. The ladies that run this Cafe are incredible..helpful, friendly, and quite funny. They don't take credit cards, which keeps the prices low, bonus!!!! We opted for an iced caramel machiatto, don't judge the spelling,lol...it was stellar. Better than any other I've had in recent memory. Run, don't walk to this Cafe!!

Best espresso coffee I’ve had in USA, and very friendly staff. If you need a coffee in Taos, go there!

Plus, it’s the only shop I have encountered in USA recently that includes tax in the retail price: now that’s refreshing customer service!
