I have been very pleased with A&R! The customer service has been the absolute best! Muhammed Al-Sharif has helped me through the entire process getting oxygen for my father. He explained everything to us and has been easy to get a hold of! He is very respectful and compassionate and has made our experience great! Thank you A&R Taos!

I am truly grateful for a+r medics in Taos. Keith the manager and Muhammad were not only friendly but they cared about my supply needs for my aunts CPap machine. They were helpful and went the extra mile to assure I was satisfied and taken care of, even Ruby was helpful in assuring i understood the new equipment. I will definitely return to a+r medical Taos for ALL mine and my families medical supply needs. Highly recommend!!!!

A & R Medical in Taos, NM has extraordinary customer service! Our family is from Texas and our little one underwent a lung mass removal and lower right lung lobectomy in June. After enduring months of hospital stays, etc. our family planned a small vacation to Angel Fire, NM with clearance from our pediatric surgeon and pediatrician. However, my husband and I decided we should find a medical supply facility and get an oxygen concentrator and some extra O2 tanks just to be safe. A & R medical supply was there for us in every way!!!! Our insurance would've taken days to get approval so A & R medical helped us with a selfpay option. These folks truly blessed us!! The equipment was compatible with everything I had and was used to using. We all enjoyed our vacation and once we left above 8,000 ft our little one transitioned back off O2. He is stronger than ever and that is per our team of doctor's!!😊 Thank you A & R medical for being there for our family!!

Our family gathered from three different states in a cabin in Angel Fire New Mexico. My Aunt needed more oxygen than anticipated during our trip. The staff assisted my family with such kindness and professionalism. We are beyond grateful and impressed.

Came down from Montana after our son had an accident. Joe was one of many people I called trying to locate a hospital bed. He went above and beyond to help us out. Joe seemed to really care. His empathetic nature was exactly what I needed. Thanks so much from one stranger to another.

After an experience with utter incompetence at another medical supply store I was able to get my need for oxygen completely fulfilled at A&R in just minutes.

The big lady who works here has no consideration for customer service. She is rude obnoxious and had me running back and forth for 4 days questioning my doctor on a fracture boot my doctor had prescribed me. She said quote "she needed proof my ankle was broken" mind you i had a cast, crutches and a prescription for the boot. but she did not like the way my prescription was worded finally after getting her a prescription worded simular but a little different, still had all the same information She then proceeded to give me a boot way to big and told me since I had tried it on I have to keep it and cannot get another size. I understand when u get a fracture boot it has to be a little bigger then normal but the one she gave me was so big it fit loose and would not support my ankle. I will never use her services again I would rather drive to Santa fe or Albuquerque if I ever need medical supplies again. This lady had no regard for injured clients in which she should have the best customer service to people who are injured knowing how hard it is to commute back and forth with a broken fibula.

Not in Taos. So not helpful that this comes up first in a search for medical supplies in Taos.
