Faster service than the “other guys!” Staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Reese at the front counter was incredibly rude, offered zero help, and scolded my three old as he walked in with me. He was well behaved, didn’t talk, make a sound, nor cause a scene (which if you have kids, is a great day and something to be proud of lol). Anyway, we patiently waited for the store to open from their lunch hours waiting from 12:45, walked in 15 min past 1pm to let the girls get their bearings, and simply asked if they had steri strips as I was needing some for my husband. Reese was cold in her response, barely let me finish, and was incredibly dismissive. I worry for the actual patients under this company and am further disappointed in the medical field. I know everyone is tired and stressed, I’m an RN myself, but how hard is it to be kind and provide even half decent customer service? Come on now. Be better
