9 to 5 Ship and Print

Taos.Limo recently was asked by a client to ship skis from Taos to another small mountain town in Utah.....The 9 to 5 employees immediately embraced this task and not only met the deadline for the FedEx truck, but watched them get loaded and reminded the driver to make sure they arrived the next morning, which they did by 10AM ...... more than met the client's expectations. For such requests, I can always count on this group to take the extra step needed to get the job done. THANK YOU 9 to 5 FOR every thing you do!!!!

Very helpful. I had a booklet to be cut and bound. First place I went to said "no way." Pat took a look at it, put it on her massive antique cutting machine, and in less than an hour had it bound and back to me - for a good price. Thanks!

I’ve never had one complaint they’re always willing to help a helping hand when I’m confused, friendly staff I’ve been doing business with them for many years. Just wish they were open half a day on Saturday.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and they do a great job. I look forward to going and picking up my mail. When I have big packages they are always willing to help carry them out if I need the help. When I needed to have a document notarized it was a smooth and easy process.

I also love the interesting products that they carry - I have bought some great decorative pillows for my home and a nice southwestern purse. They also have a great selection of cards for different occasions.

The woman I dealt with was delightful and quite professional. The item was measured a quotation was very reasonable. The rather large box arrived quickly and was in perfect shape. ...a relief and delight. Thank you 9 to 5 you are the best.

Got all the prints we needed easily

Absolutely wonderful staff and owner! Awesome to see they are staying open and serving the community during the pandemic. They are offering curbside service, all safely equipped with personal protective gear, and offer masks and gloves for free to customers in need. Very prompt and efficient service! I have been a customer for years and will continue to use them for my graphics, copies, and shipping needs!

9 to 5 is my new go-to place any time I need to mail or ship something. There's never a long wait time - even when there are several customers. The employees know how to multitask and help more than one person at a time but still make you feel as if you have their complete attention. They're all knowledgeable and proficient at their jobs. Everything I've ever shipped has always been at the best rates they can find with fast shipping and delivery times and has always arrived safely to the proper destination.
Whenever possible, I try to be waited on by Crystal, Tony, or Nick. While all employees are polite and helpful, these 3 particularly stand out from the rest. There have been a few situations where they have each gone above and beyond to help me with my shipments. I simply cannot say enough great things about their performance and how polite they are. The store owner also always finds time for a kind greeting and is pleasant to talk to.
Forget UPS and skip USPS (9 to 5 accepts USPS shipments also!) and take your business to 9 to 5! They are so much nicer and more competent than either of the other 2 places. If that's not enough to sway you, I should mention you'll save money as well! They always look for the best possible rates. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

My sister and I have had our private mailbox with 9 to 5 since 2018. Pat is the great owner, kind and highly efficient. Her staff is wonderful as well - always very helpful!

Wonderful experience here! So Nice. I had a horrible experience with the printer up the road and 9 to 5 Ship and Print were wonderful, helpful, went out of their way!

I wanted to hug the woman who helped me with some color printing and laminating. I felt so bad after leaving the other printers and 9 to 5 was wonderful and friendly.

The woman helping me went out of her way and even clipped the corners of the laminated pages. I am so grateful and will return from now on for my printing needs. See you soon!!!

Great experience with their curb service. Needed something notarized - no problem. A couple of other people pulled up about the same time. We were all greeted by a staff member almost immediately and were taken care of. Service wasn't nearly that good pre-COVID when you'd walk in. Way to step it up 9-5. Thank you!

Always first class service from friendly, welcoming people. This is my go-to place when I need digital graphic services. They work with me until I'm completely satisfied. I am grateful, for both their skills and attitudes. Pat runs a great shop.

I use them for all my shipping and printing needs. The owner is an absolute gem and the staff is super friendly. Lots of cool novelty items for yourself or as gifts.

I go to 9 to 5 Ship and Print to get all my business done. I’ve been to their competitor, but 9 to 5 has a warmer, more friendly atmosphere, and the people there seem to really care about the work they do. When, as a FedEx store they give you a price for shipping your goods, they try to give you the best deal. They compare prices for you, and everything they do to ship your goods is professional. I recommend 9 to 5 Ship and Print.

Friendly and accurate service with great pricing. I spend a few nights each week in Taos and have to keep my business running without my full office setup. These folks fax, scan, and do my copying for me which allows me to run my business off of my IPhone.

Kudos to Nick who literally saved the day by packaging and shipping lost items back to me. Incredibly, he only charged me for just the USPS shipping instead of using a more expensive mod of shipment. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend this business!

Pat and the staff at 9 to 5 Ship and print have been amazing through the years, they have the best prices in town, and are always willing to work with my files to achieve the best results. They also have been very generous sponsors for youth oriented and community events over the years and most recently with The Giving Tree's (Food Pantry and Clothing Bank) printing. When in to comes to printing in Taos, 9 to 5 is the way to go!
