Alamogordo Pain Management

I had procedures performed on my shoulders on the 29th. The staff is very warm and receptive (even when I'm not in best of spirits). I am pleased with Haley Burt and Dr. Underwood; they listen. Adjusting services to better meet patient needs. The attending nurse was very kind and caring, too. Update at present, on shoulders procedures; Right - 80%+ relief; Left - 50% relief. Everyone in Dr. Underwood's office is always professional and treats me with care. I do not have long wait periods, always seen on time or no more than 5-10 minutes, which is great because in my experience at some other places, that is not usually the case. I am thankful to Dr. Underwood also for referring me to a Podiatrist because I have severe pain in my foot with swelling and difficulty walking so I am happy he wanted to help me get to the bottom of the problem, which we are doing. Dr Underwood is an excellent physician that listens to me and has my well being as most important. He is understanding and his professionalism is a model others should follow.
