Was recommended to me by a co-worker and although it is during the winter it still didn’t disappoint. I definitely look forward to the warmer months to be able to take a full tour. The whole setup was great for the kids as they loved being able to see the calfs up close and pet them… and of course you can’t forget the GOUDA! So delicious

June 16, 2023 at 1330 hours. We had never tried Gouda cheese. We were traveling to the Wild West for 2 months and happened upon this place. We were able to try some samples and bought a few cheese. They were delicious. We ate these while we traveled. Smoked Cheddar, Onion Garlic and I cant remember the other two. Very good cheeses. I wish we lived nearby. The prices were reasonable for exceptional cheese. Cashier was very helpful. An enjoyable visit.

They did have foods, a play ground and a place to eat with alcohol samples that we did not participate in due to driving cross country.

Free parking. The cows are milked on site and they pipe the milk to the cheese making area and make it fresh per the cashier. Grass fed.

Great place to stop with kids and not spend a bunch of money. They had a great time riding the go karts, free. Learning about the cheese making and seeing the cows first hand. Lots of sample enjoyed too.

Their shop has many different gouda varieties available, pesto is one of our favorites. As you shop, you can see the cheese process happening live. The cafe has a nice selection and has take out available. Outside the huge jumping pillow is fun for kids, as well as the peddle bikes and track. You can visit the milking parlor and see the cows being milked. Great place for a visit.

What a great experience!! We got to pet calves, we got to race the pedal tractors, we got to see the cows get milked and we learned a lot about fairy asking the way. The shop is beautiful. The viewing room is cool. The people are nice. The gifts are great!!! If you're looking for a fun stop: this is it!

We stop in a couple of times every year to buy cheese and visit the cows (especially the calves!). We have always wanted to have lunch, but seem to just miss it! We barely made it this time and the staff was so kind and accommodating. Service and food were both great! Thank you!

This was such a fun experience! We had an early dinner: cheese curds, grilled Gouda, and curd burger. Everything was deliciousous! There were cheese samples available and then I went overboard and bought a ton of super unique flavored Gouda. We then enjoyed some ice cream for dessert before exploring the observation areas where we could see the cheese making process as well as the milking process. We finished up by seeing the calves and they were soooooo cute! I absolutely loved every minute of this and would highly recommend it to others.

This place has everything you could want in a Wisconsin roadside attraction. The cheese variety was awesome! They have a cute little restaurant attached, which we didn’t get the chance to try. You can see the entire operation from meeting the baby calves all the way to them aging the Gouda. The whole thing is very self guided, so you can wander the property on your own. They also have a fun trampoline that made my 30 year old self enjoy this stop even more. A great place for anyone looking to make a road trip stop in the land of the cheeseheads!

Stopped for breakfast - excellent quality and quantity! Good pricing as well. The wait for food wasn't too long.

The seating is on wood tables with log chairs. The gas fireplace was going while I was there. It was nice to sit by.

The cheese selection is fantastic. Prices are decent as well.

You can then go across the way to the milking barn and see the cows milked. Milking starts at 5am and lasts 5 hrs to get through all the cows.

I would drive here to bring company for a neat experience.

We stopped for the cheese! It was pretty cool to be able to see the Cheese Wheels. Many options of cheese, wine, gifts, meat sticks, etc. Although closed, it looked like they give tours of their farm. We did not eat at the cafe.

We always stop here for a fun time with the kids when we are in Wisconsin. They have a big jump pad, beautiful grass to run around on, and toys for the kids to play with. They also have a super cute store and offer tours.

Saw one billboard announcing the cheese store ahead of the highway exit. Ducked in to buy cheese. OMG.. GOUDA aged was like velvet , smooth, creamy depth of flavor. I will stop on my way home again and will buy more flavors! Bonus is the slices range in size to not all be so big ! I can buy 10 and not have to carry 10 lbs of cheese !

Whenever we drive north we stop here. We LOVE their gift shop, food, ice cream, the cows, and the kid’s activities outside (very kid friendly). One time we stopped and I was traveling alone with 2 toddlers and a newborn and one of the workers let me stay in the food area while she cleaned up just letting me sit for a minute with my kids because we got there right before closing. She was super kind and understanding of noisy toddlers. We love this dairy!

Great family-owned business. Good place to see how cows are milked and cheese is made. I brought home a tasty assortment of local wine, beer, and snacks. Don’t pass up the maple puff corn - an impulse buy I don’t regret! Their squeaky-fresh cheese curds are also good. They also offer Amish-made candies. They even have hand-scooped ice cream in their cafe, which unfortunately was closed when we visited. We’ll be sure to stop in again on future trips to the area. They also have a patio to spend some time on a nice day.

Cafe in a cheese store on a dairy farm. Very interesting could walk out the door and walk up to the dairy barn and milling parlor. Good experience especially for some one not familiar with a dairy farm.

Couldn't ask for a better roadtrip stop with kids (or not). We stocked up on cheese (Samples! I highly recommend the onion garlic and curds), treats (detectable chocolates and Dutch foods), ice, WI beer, and souvenirs. All while the kids got a ton of energy out on the giant jumping pad, pedal karts, and video chatting family in front of the enormous cow. They also have a café that looked great. Oh, and the bathrooms were awesome! Will definitely make this a must stop whenever near.

Best Gouda around. We are lucky to have this treasure so close. The smoked and truffle are my favorites.
