I am a first time home buyer and Justin was respectful and knowledgeable during the entire process. I’ve dealt with my share of real estate agents and I can honestly say Marianne Munoz was by the BEST agent I’ve worked with. She was extremely informative and patient throughout our whole home selling process.

My husband and I took a risk and placed our house on the market during the COVID-19 pandemic. What’s funny is that we spoke with other agents who said it would be hard to sell the home during the pandemic, but Marianne remained positive. Within 72 hours of listing, our home had an offer. Within about a week of the offer and counteroffer process, the house was under contract!!!!

First off my rental agent Chelsea Munoz really saved us! We were PCS’g from overseas and couldn’t find anything to rent. Once we found a property she helped us through the whole process. When we got delayed a month when we were supposed to leave within the week, she took care of everything, ensuring we still had a home to come to and nothing to worry about. My family of 5 really appreciated the stress free move to the home because of her. As we now look to transition to something more permanent Our real estate agent Kaleb Worthan is phenomenal, we were looking for a home. Looked at one in the morning the day I meet him but it wasn’t what we were looking for. 3 hours later Kaleb found us another property based on my feedback to him and by that night we were putting in an offer. The next day we were under contract. His hard work and quick response not only secured my family a home but took a huge stressor off our back. I whole heartily suggest him and Chelsea to anyone.
