Pretty much over the moon happy with my gas fireplace set up. It has provided a great amount of heat and comfort this past winter.it was a one day set up with 2 techs. Worth every dollar.

The service techs did a great job. They showed up on time, were very thorough, and they made sure I understood what they were doing. We had some compliance problems that were fully explained to me as well as options for resolving them. When we decided on what to do, they very quickly corrected the issues. They documented everything with good descriptions and took photos of everything, even using remote cameras to view the insides of the flues. Each of our three units got their own report. I'm very, very happy with the work they did.

We had our pellet stove cleaned today and they were very professional. Had a blanket to cover in front of the stove, cleaned up any mess that they made, were very pleasant to me as well as to each other. In and out within an hour. Thank you for the great service!

These guys were great! They worked so hard to find a quality insert for my oddly sized fireplace, and to get the installation complete before my family arrived for Christmas. Their enthusiasm was sincere, their experience and professionalism was reassuring, and their work ethic was unparalleled. Really nice in this day and age.
My gas fireplace is excellent; I don't have to worry about the unit being discontinued; my insurance company has no qualms; family and friends think it's beautiful; best of all, my cats love it! I haven't had it off since installation, and am very satisfied with the heat output, and the safety. I'm comfortable leaving the house with it on, and my cats prefer that, too.

We went to the Stove & Spa Store to get some hot tub supplies because it was time to balance it's water properly again. We were helped to decide exactly what we needed at that time and we were on our way again. Friendly, helpful and accurate help once again for us. The service is much appreciated!

I wanted my pellet stove to have a good annual inspection and cleaning to include the venting. Brandon and another young man did an excellent job. They were very professional in both demeanor and skill. They also showed respect for both the work area by using protective throw rugs over my carpeting while they worked on the stove and my personal health by wearing masks the entire time. Brandon provided me a written report with hoots of what they did. I will definitely use The Stove and Spa Store again. Great job!

Had a technician come out and clean the chimney of a wood burning stove. I had recently purchased the house and had some concerns about the prior installation. They showed up on time, and went way above what I expected for a "chimney sweep", what a value! The service included a nice report including photos of the cap and flashing using a drone.

My next transaction will be buying an upgraded Vermont Castings stove from here, and having them do a professional install. This company is a pleasure to do business with, and look forward to them being a vendor for my re-model. I guess my next step is to look at their spa selection as well.

Thank you. The service was quick, efficient and enlightening. We have a 38 year old fire stove (in the house we purchased nearly 5 years ago (of which we have never used.). We wanted to make sure the stove was sound before first use. The answer, sort of. We are able to use it, though there are efficiency issues. We may look at a future purchase for something updated and up to today's standards. But we can use it through out this winter if we wish.

You can bet when we are ready to purchase, we will use The Stove and Spa Store.

Today two very polite and professional young men came to my house and cleaned and serviced my pellet stove.

The two men worked very hard cleaning my stove and making sure it was in good working condition. They were very careful making sure they cleaned up the area where the dust and ashes had accumulated.

I was very happy with their work and professionalism. EXCELLENT JOB.

Picked up the kit for smoking a turkey on a Traeger. Recommended highly by staff person. Came out 👍. Will be my turkey go to from now on. Tender and moist, what more can you ask for.

We are very happy with the service the spa and stove store gave us.Very knowledgeable about their product. We were to have it installed mid February but they had a opening earlier and they got to us. A lot sooner. Very pleased they were able to install our fire place insert today.

We asked for an estimate for a fireplace insert. The guys came out and were on time and very knowledgeable. They measured and gave us great information. We then went to the office and ordered the insert. The office staff is great. So far the professionalism and their knowledge is super. We should have in 3-6 weeks. Let you know more then.

Nothing but great things to say about these very kind people! There was a mix up with my original appointment but they got someone to my house immediately the next day to inspect my fireplace. Our service guy Brandon was so kind and took every chance to explain everything to me. The report sent to me was great since it includes pictures which I personally find helpful. The team at the Stove and Spa Store guided us through our purchase and installation of a new pellet stove and we couldn't have been happier. The sales staff was informative, the tech who came out to look at our house and prepare the estimate was the incredibly knowledgeable and extremely courteous, and the installation team was efficient and quick. We had a wonderful experience with everyone at the Stove and Spa store. They know their products and answered every question we had about their products. We bought a beautiful Mendota fireplace to replace an old wood stove. The team, Jake, Brandon, Devin and Ivis, all did a great job with the installation. They were efficient, knowledgeable and worked so well together. They took care everyday to clean up and be ready for the next days work.And they took their time on installing the rock facing, knowing we would be looking at it forever and made sure I was happy with all they did! Brandy and Karina were awesome to work with too and again had answers to all our questions and prompt with responses. We would highly recommend The Stove and Spa Store!

The guys showed up early and were very professional and courteous during the installation. We didn't purchase our stove from these folks but if I need a new one in the future I would not hesi5to use them. Highly recommend them

We bought a smaller Quadra-Fire to replace an old and inefficient wood stove and we could not be happier with our new Millennium 3100.

When an install date opened up on their schedule that was two weeks earlier than our planned date, Stove & Spa called us and promptly rescheduled. The installers showed up early and had the stove in quickly, making sure to thoroughly clean up after. We received both a call once the job was completed - they are currently doing "no contact" appointments due to COVID- and an email with the invoice and about two dozen pictures documenting the install.

Definitely recommend. They even left the user manual propped up on the mantle, opened to the operating instructions.
