Plateau Espresso

I enjoyed a nice lunch with an Italian panini, chips and a drink for lunch. I think they might have been a little understaffed, but the customer service and the food was great.

5/5 - This is one of the best coffee shops in Alamogordo, unique location, friendly staff, well curated menu list.
We stopped by to have some coffee and sandwich, and their panini tasted great. The ambiance is excellent. They have an old telephone booth and great vintage items in the cafe. Spacious, they have inside and outdoor seating.

This is my go-to coffee shop. Huge selection of coffees, service is always great and atmosphere is good for sitting, sipping and enjoying good friends. Love the outside patio overlooking the town and White Sands in the distance. On the occasions I also ate lunch, the food was fresh and delicious.

The espresso was delicious and customer service great, but it was the view that makes this 5 stars. What a gorgeous one this place has!

Everything was clean inside, the decor is cute, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Try the banana nut muffin 🍌

Went with my Dad when he came down to visit and wanted a great local coffee shop and this is the best in town!

The best dirty chai I’ve ever had, made to perfection within a couple minutes even. I can tell it’s a great coffee spot when four state troopers are parked out front at 730am 😁

...OH and the gelato is great...sandwiches, paninis, and pastries are also served. They have teas and an ENTIRE WALL OF BOTTLES OF FLAVORS. They have a drive through that is veru convenient.

I delightful experience with a delicious scone in scrumpshus Tea. Great service in a place that has old fashioned telephone décor and a wonderful view from the outside patio.

They are some wonderful baristas and their coffee is ridiculously good.

Grace was friggin amazing! She went ahead and made a new pot of coffee instead of serving the dregs of an old pot. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

The cafe offers a selection of paninis in addition to coffees and teas. Everything we tried was delicious. Location is an added bonus. While it is a bit out of the way, it sits at the foot of the mountains, giving a panoramic view of the whole town and beyond. The covered porch allows to enjoy food with a great view. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

I stopped in for coffee and wifi and both were great!

Me and a few friends went to learn some crocheting from a friend and the coffee was nice and the inside is very neat and cool even on our really hot days. The prices were good as well.
