Panera Bread

Toni was absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best customer service I've encountered. Establishment was clean and service was quick. I appreciate the time Toni took to tell my coworker about the menu and how personable she made the experience. Food was high above standards!

We visited today and were helped by August, wow what wonderful customer service!! They were so nice, knowledgeable about the food, and even helped clear plates when we were finished! They had such a good attitude and positive outlook on their work!

Absolutely love going through in the mornings.. Gail is the best drive thru person I've dealt with.. and she always makes my drink right.. others try but she's the best! Absolutely amazing 😍🤩

So I just got this delivered, the napa chicken salad on the pepper foccaia bread, no tomatoes, added cucumbers! Amazing fresh dinner!

Food was great, and I paid with a company card. Lost the receipt and they took their time to look it up for me and email a week later. Fast, clean, and fresh. Great service- I'll cater my next corporate event with these guys.

Every time my family comes to visit, we go to Panera Bread. It's my mom's favorite place. Never once have we ever had an issue. The food is always perfect.

The tomato basil soup + a grilled cheese is my go-to!

1st time eating there. It was a little overwhelming at first yo pick what I wanted. Overall, it was a good experience with decent food. I'll be back.

My place of employment often orders for luncheons and meetings, and we've always had great experiences. Ordering online has been a lifesaver and the one time we were disappointed - the driver was about 10 minutes late - we were hand delivered Panera treats from the manager as an apology! Awesome service!

Toni was amazing. Thee only reason I will frequent Panera and this location. Runs the entire drive thru by herself effortlessly

Outside of the outstanding customer service, the food was delicious. The environment was friendly and warm. The place was clean. We enjoyed our lunch very much. I wish you guys were closer, but the next time I'm in Plover I will absolutely be stopping again!

We were traveling and arrived at this Panera on a Sunday around 11am. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were patient while we ordered with our kids running around us and offered suggestions. Even the people at the pick up window were very friendly. A nice enough experience that I wanted to write a review. Thank you!

Came here last month to treat my friend for her birthday, though I'd been here once before. The kiosk for ordering is great, especially for people like me that don't particularly enjoy socializing with strangers; staff has always been a pleasure when I do have to have their help. Food is delicious and place is cozy and clean. Lots of options that hit JUST the right spot for your mood or the weather. I had a BBQ flatbread previously and this time I had the tomato soup. Soup was quite herbal in flavor and aroma - I was quite pleased! The kitchenware, because it's white, makes the colors of the food POP. There's even a smart system they have set up for leaving your dishes and such. I appreciate how good this place makes me feel while I'm there. The fireplace in the back of the sitting area is gorgeous as well! Definitely hoping to make this a regular spot once I'm more capable of getting up there.

Food has gotten good again. Better portions. I suggest you order bulk bagels in advance. Love kiosk ordering and self serve pick up. Nice and clean.

Great soups, salads, sandwiches, drinks, bread and dessert pastries. Very nice dining area with fireplace. Remember to sign up for their rewards program and get a free item.

The only negative I have about Panera is their prices went up so the value is not as great.
