We are replacing flooring. Stephanie was, and continues to be, so helpful to us. She took hours to explain and make sure we understood everything and we’re 1000% happy with our purchase and the process. When we get the rest of the floors replaced we will definitely request Stephanie help us again.

I needed to make new window screens for my animals. They had everything I needed.

Great customer service, friendly and great prices! During busy hours there is a door greeter that will direct you to the right aisle.

I would personally like to thank Stephanie in the flooring department for all her help and knowledge! She is so easy to talk to and understood everything I needed in order to get my floors done. She was so patient with me and I had the pleasure of working with her over a span of a couple weeks. Regardless of my busy schedule, Stephanie handled everything while I was at work and even remembered everything I had said just a few weeks before! Our home is going to look beautiful thanks to Stephanie!

Fantastic assistance provided by Ronnie at the flooring department . She was asking with interest on the type of flooring and colors we had in mind to buy . Guided us to see all the options we may choose from and answer all the questions we had on flooring , transition boards , adhesive types … She made our purchasing experience easy and complete. We left with all we needed for our flooring project . Wish we find this type of associate at all departments .

The only reason why I'm giving you a five stars is because of the customer service.. I was approached by an associate on 8/27/18 her name was Vin. Extremely professional, Extremely helpful, and MOST importantly she was extremely HAPPY like she really enjoyed working at her job helping customers!!!! I was looking for patio furniture and you guys had zero patio furniture😣😞..Vin advised me to go online and shop for patio furniture, because Home Depot usually has awesome deals online for patio furniture this time of year.. I'm not from New Mexico and I keep forgetting that this is a seasonal state😒.. I went online and I found exactly what I needed THANK YOU VIN!!!!!!!!☺😁🎆🎉

I'm not an electrician to say the least. The gentleman in the electric department got me exactly what I needed.

Ordered a adjustable height table online and when I went to pick the item up to my surprise it was already assembled. It wouldn’t fit in my car this way and the store associate named Jerimiah disassembled the table for me. Excellent crew

Staff are always attentive and friendly, I've never had anything less than excellent customer service at this location. They are well staffed, and it is very easy to find someone if you need help or have a questiom. The store itself is organized well. Products are usually comparable or cheaper than lowes. The garden section has minimal plant selection, but there is a good selection of indoor plants inside.

Great place to shop as always, customer service is set as a mellow relaxed environment. You can look around and not have to worry about associates breathing down your neck or staring at you like are they gonna bother me well I'm trying to get my assignments done LoL. All in all the floor associates are awesome and the store is a great place to be at.

They usually have what we need when we need it and they carry large jugs of most cleaning products. Good customer service. Love that they open early and close late!

Very nice Home Depot. Deanna is always so super friendly and lovely when we come in. Maria is also a friendly person to chat with on my visits. Like this home Depot more then Lowe's, and it's never really busy.

Best customer service I have seen in a hardware store for a long time. And this makes day 2 that I've been there in a row. I had to get more stuff, no fault of their's. Just needed extra supplies.

A super welcoming lady came up to me and asked if I needed any help in the PVC pipe area. I told her I needed them cut, but I could do it at home... but she graciously told me that she could cut the pipes for me. So I gave her all the measurements and she just went to town on my pipes. I thanked her for the amazing help she provided.

Day 2 comes around, I go back in, and a gentleman with a beard asks me if I need help. The PVC pipes are too long to fit in my car, so he offered to cut them in half for me so I could fit them in my car. And when I asked where I could get other supplies, he walked with me and pointed out exactly where everything was.

Very nice, I recommend giving them your business for your home improvement needs.

This store was very well managed. Our salesman was Howard Bramer and he was very, very good at his job. Knowledgeable, prompt, thoroughly engaging, he was willing and able to explain any questions my wife and I had. We also got very good Black Friday discounts on Saturday- so double score!
