Abbyland Shipping/Receiving Office

Check-in and unloading process is amazing here. ONLY negative is the washout process. They want you to leave the docks and return back across the street to S&R to pay and get your receipt,. After that you head right back where you came from by the load/unload docks. It's amazing no one has come up with a common sense solution to this issue. Shipping and receiving should just ask drivers if they want to pay for a washout after they are done getting unloaded. If so, pay and get the receipt right there so they can go straight to the washout facility after unloading and eliminate all the back and forth nonsense.

UPDATE: they have made changes now. You can pay for a washout with an EFS check or cash at check-in and take your receipt with you after unloading. Much more efficient now thank you Abbyland 🙏

Need a receipt of a recen trailer wash or else get washed 6 mi. down the road at their other facility. Check the load before they seal it. Mine got displaced on the way to the delivery.Fast loading.

Pretty smooth operation. Must've had the load staged at the dock waiting for me but was load 15min flat and no issue with weight.

Both delivered and picked up my next load here this morning! These people seriously blew me away with how professional quick and efficient they are!!! I showed up 5 hours before the shipping office opened, because of a miscommunication with my company. So having to use my sleeper birth provision at that time, along with the fact that the shipping office is across the street and slightly down the road from where you get loaded. I was sure it was going to be a long and bad day!
But i most certainly was very WRONG about that!! After I checked in at the office, between being unloaded, getting a washout, and getting loaded. I ended up having to make 7 Trips back and forth from one building to the other. And even with that being said, they were extremely fast every single step of the way!! I was loaded and waiting for paperwork before my 14 hour clock even caught up to my 11!!! The staff is also friendly and professional, excellent experience! I'd love to come back here anytime!!!

Parking. Nice staff. Onsite wash out (50.00) Got a door very quickly, as soon as I bumped the dock they were loading me. Done in 30 min.

Had a 15:00 appointment... Got here at noon ... They squeezed me in no problem ... About an hour to load

My appointment 7:00pm . I maked check in 12:30pm and I got the door.

Very nice employees here. Check in was quick and easy. Arrived at 0530 for 0600 appointment. Receiving employees arrived right at 0600. Checked in quickly and received immediate door assignment at this location off 8th Street north. Shortly after docking they began unloading trailer. There is a trailer washout located at 300 plaza drive in Curtis, WI 8 miles away at Abbyland Service Plaza off hwy 29 exit 127. Plenty of overnight parking at Receiving office located at 920 Spruce St in Abbotsford, WI also Quick Trip/Shell Truck Stop 1.5 mikes away just off Hwy 29 and Abbyland Truck Stop 8 miles away. Plenty of room for maneuvering and backing into dock door assignment.

Plenty of room to maneuver and to hold many semis. Receptionist was friendly, and the driver's lounge was nice!

Delivered combos here.. Arrived around 8PM for 10AM unload the next morning. Called me at 6AM asking if I wanted to get unloaded first. Unloaded me in 20 minutes. Very nice people. Clean shipping and receiving office with bathrooms and a lounge and vending machines. Very respectable facility and company.

Wonderfully nice people, tried their best to get me in early night before, but still got me in early next morning. Plenty of room to overnight and bathrooms available all night.

Easy to find, plenty of room to park and maneuver to docks. Trailer washout available, stop by the shipping and receiving office first to pay and get directions to it. Nice, comfy and clean drivers lounge to wait in.

People were super nice in receiving. The warehouse employees who don't speak English are very rude though, pulled right into my semi. Refused to move out of my way until someone else intervened. Backing off the street has WAY more room than it looks on Google maps. Back in from the oncoming traffic lane. Basic ally dock. Unless ur in the back. Then it's just a 45. But be warned, freshly paved and in the heat crumbles under the trailer tires so it slides the trailer around.

Freakin awesome place. Got here before scheduled time and still got loaded. Overnight parking if needed 24 hr restroom. You will need a washout before loading and wth they offer that too. I'll come back here anytime. People were extremely nice. Please take care of places like this drivers. Common courtesy and respect goes a long way.

Has overnight parking at this address. Appt time was 10:00am. Checked in at this address for a 9am appt, was sent across street to their other location for washout of trailer. Must bring back washout receipt to this location. Was then sent to dock to get loaded back across street again. Was then sent back to this location ,(across the street) for bol. Finished by 11:24 am. Wish all shoppers were this way. Will gladly come back.

Ladies are always pleasant and helpful. Never had a bad experience here. Drivers lounge with TV and restrooms. Some snack and drink options in the vending machines.
