My mom was in a horrible accident and Gus (the owner and tow-er) charged 2 hours or $437.50 to tow the vehicle 9 miles back to Sundance. Talk about taking advantage of a local (she's from Gillette) who was unable to make decision since she had broken 5 ribs and had a punctured lung and barely conscious. Then when my Dad called to see if he could take items from the vehicle and hopefully find my Mom's phone, he talked with Gus and Gus said "I'm not going to F***ing wait around all day for you to come by". This is not the Wyoming hospitality and neighborly good will that I grew up. Shame on Gus - I get he has to make a living. But that is poor customer service, and he is a horrible example of Wyoming native. They only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that he did find my my mom's phone (though the only reason he found it was because it was ringing)

They wanted to charge me $350 for a 30 mile tow from Devils Tower on a Monday. I called Camel Towing instead and got towed to Gillette (62 mi.) for less and got the job done at Cowboy Up auto shop who were outstanding, to say the least. Don't waste your time or money here!

Find a towing company in Spearfish if you can. This guy only caters to those he knows. Took advantage of the fact that my mother in law and I were women and thought we were dumb. Charged us $175 to tow it 10 miles to Sundance. Refused to tow it to spearfish (where there were plenty of mechanics.) He was supposed to take our car to the hotel like the officer requested him to do so. And instead took our car to the tow yard. And didn't even give us the key to get our stuff. Later on we had the sheriff involved and he said he will being the car back the next day at 8 am. Well the next day comes around and he still refuses. And when he finally budged he demanded we pay $100 to tow it 2 blocks down. Please don't use this guy to tow your car. Not worth your money. Theres plenty of tow company's in spearfish who would gladly tow your car for way cheaper.

Called to get a tow from up on the mountain (about 7 miles) he refused my service. Don't give this guy your money, he seems to not want it.

Rude said to hot outside to do a tire repair !
