I was visiting two hours from home when my car started making a noise. I stopped at Abby Ford and they told me what was wrong and said they could fix it if I had a half hour and proceeded to fix it right away. I was able to leave for home knowing my car wasn’t going to break down.

In Feb 2021 my steering wheel was shaking terribly and I had no dash lights. Being a loyal customer I took it to where I bought it (Koucerek) for repairs. After paying a 389 dollar diagnostic fee I left there with a 6600 dollar quote! So I inquired with Abby Ford and these guys where the nicest people ever. They fixed my vehicle for a total of $1,250! That is over FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS cheaper than their competitor! They also loaned me a free vehicle for 2 weeks (which is important for us single parents)

I don’t know how to express how grateful I am for these guys. They were so respectful, so honest, and worked hard to get me a back order part promptly.

I am a female and I have been screwed by two other LOCAL dealerships that I would have been oblivious about had it not been for my dad stepping in. One day, when my dad is no longer here, I feel confident and safe coming to Abby Ford in the future and I hope to buy my next vehicle from here, too.
