Erin is a fabulous therapist. She was very attuned to my needs and my limitations following my recent hip replacement and she urged me to do the exercises that would help sped my recovery, but always checking in with me to make sure I wasn’t pushing too hard. She’s the best!

I am continually amazed by the skill and intuition of Janie at Peak Motion. I have been seeing her for a sore left shoulder and each time she listens to me about how it feels and what is different, and then crafts a plan to treat. She did dry needling this last time and found the right spot(s)! It was a little sore right after and by that night, my persistent headache (4+ weeks) was gone and has stayed gone! She is amazing!! I kept forgetting to update her as I didn’t have the pounding to remind me. Thank you is not enough for the relief she has given me!
