Kemp and his crew were very responsive, professional and punctual. From the quote to ensuring the entire property was clean Amelia Island Roofing was very professional. The price and quality of work was outstanding highly recommend.

After going through 9 different roofing company estimates I chose Kemp and his team. Kemp was the only owner to actually come out and do the roof bid. All the rest were estimate men who wouldn't be involved in the job. He was at the job site everyday of the job ensuring the workers were keeping the site clean and organized. Oh and if you want a standing seam metal roof. He has the forming machine to make the roof panels. That takes the middleman out of the equation thereby making him the most cost effective too.

Kemp replaced a metal roof on my coastal home. He had the best quote of three I was given. He started and finished the work exactly as he promised. He made me aware of several issues with my stucco and a leaking window which were quickly addressed with his help. The workmanship was excellent, and I'm pretty picky! I got the sense that he takes pride in his work and likes what he does. Communication was excellent. I strongly reccomend Amelia Island Roofing.

I just wanted to thank you for your prompt response to my leak with my roof. I called two other companies, and although I know they were busy the first few seemed put off, and uninterested. I would have accepted next week if they had been a bit more courteous and interested in helping me. I called your office after I saw a few reviews of Amelia Island Fernandina Beach Network. My call was answered promptly, and although I would have been fine with a later date to look at my roof, he said he could come by that afternoon. As promised, he arrived after two and he quickly assessed our problem. I had a leak around the nail head that had popped up on the boot of my sewer vent. His first suggestion was that I could caulk this and it would very likely fix the problem as he saw this all of the time (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but he was in his 40's, and drove a black 4 wheel drive truck). He said that it didn't take care of it, he could come back, replace the boot and seal the leak. Today I went on the roof and sure enough, a nail head had popped up where the flange of the boot had been nailed, and I'm sure that is where it was leaking. I sealed it, and confident that took care of it.

What I wanted you to know is that service today is rarely that. The gentleman was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and honest. I have my suspicion that other companies may have taken advantage of us, as roofing is not my expertise.

If we ever need any work done or replacement of my roof I will call you first. Your company will always get a recommendation from me for my neighbors, friends and Amelia Island Fernandina Beach Network (as many look to Social Media as I did).
