My husband and I made an appointment and came in today to get our passport pictures taken and forms finalized and sent out. We had no wait and were done in 20 minutes. Justin was such a giga Chad and knew the entire process, was fast, chill, and awesome. We even got to go in the backrooms to get our picture taken which made us feel like VIPs. I have never had such a pleasant, painless, enjoyable experience in a government building. If you have any such needs you will not be disappointed by the spectacular service at this Post Office. Amazing post office!! Scheduled an appointment online to file for a passport. I drove here from Tallahassee because of the poor reviews at the main post office on Adams Street. First of all, the grounds are kept in great condition and the building is very clean and well maintained. When I came in, I was greeted by Ms. Julia, who is such an amazing person. She is so kind, patient and sweet, you know, exactly what you wouldn't expect at the post office. She was extremely helpful through the process, and even let me borrow a plain, navy blue Postal vest for my photo because my white shirt was washing out in the background. So many of the people who came in seemed to know Ms. Julia well and made sure to greet her. She is truly a treasure of Quincy, FL, and I will be returning here for my future postal needs, as it's worth the 45 minute drive. THANK YOU!!!

I use this Post Office Facility everyday. The staff is helpful, courteous, and especially kind. They always go out of their way to make you feel important and valued. I always feel like I am visiting with friends even if just for a moment or two. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quincy Post Office facility.

Just moved here from South Florida and I'm grateful for our mail carrier, Heather. She was so kind to bring the mail to the house and introduce herself. I'm not in good health and she has been very helpful with our mail delivery. Thank You Heather.

It’s a little unexpected, but honestly this is a GREAT post office. I like it better than any Tallahassee branch and the staff are very nice and helpful. Justin is awesome!
