Tommy's Too HIgh wines

Down to earth wine tasting experience with excellent, easy to understand explanations of the origin story of each varietal. Proud to hear of their commitment to source their ingredients locally (honey, apple juice, crabapples, etc.) Tommy and Janice are such warm, hospitable and FUN people that they make it easy to sit and sip awhile. Thursdays-Sundays are the best days to swing by.

This is such a great place. Everyone is so nice. The wines are very good. The man who served us for our wine tasting, was very knowledgeable and Informative. After the tasting, we sat outside with a glass of wine and enjoyed the entertainment. It was a great time.

We had a blast at Tommy’s Too High Wines! It was our first visit to the area and based on so many great reviews, we had to try it. This place is magical. If you want to sample some of the most unusual & delicious wines anywhere, as well as meet some really fun people, we highly recommend it! Janet is a rare gem. Ask her to share a few stories & some of her wine wisdom.

Great wine and the staff is amazing. I love this place. I have been all over the usa and this place is great. A shout out to the staff and owners. They are great. If you have a dog they welcome them inside and outside. Please put this place on your list to visit. You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous place, with amazing staff and owners! Personable with great tasting small batch wines and great entertainment on Saturdays in the summer! Always a new wine to try and fall in love with!

First time here and we’d definitely recommend coming back! Servers are great, owners were so nice and the atmosphere was awesome! Wines were awesome and unique! Can’t wait to return!!

Really fun place, casual atmosphere, excellent wine! We will be stopping anytime we are in the area. Bought two bottles of wine and already wishing we had bought more. Our favorite is "Prospect", a blueberry wine that keeps you wanting more! The owners are super friendly and the service was excellent!

Being "newbies" to the Danbury area, we venture out to find great spots for fun, food and just about everything! We found a fantastic gem at Tommy's Too High Wines. Not only were Tommy and Jen fabulous, funny, and great hosts, the wines were delicious! My only regret is we didn't find it sooner! Can't wait to go back!

We visited Tommy’s and received the “special” welcome for a first time visitor. This place is a blast! Wines are very good (fantastic if you like sweeter wines). All of the workers were friendly and having fun with the customers. Oly is our new best friend. We will be back.

Stopped at Tommy's Too High Wines and had an awesome time! The owners and staff are awesome to talk to. Awesome wines- all made in small batches so each visit could have different flavors, making it a unique experience! We will definitely be back!

The owners and employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tommy, Jan and Molly were awesome. The wine tasting was free with a good variety and the prices for bottles weren’t too high. They kept us full of snacks. Tommy told us the background on each wine. Their customer service was unmatched. They really were incredible.

Great find! The perfect Cabin County winery. Cheese balls are the bonus.

I always have an amazing time when I go here. The owners: amazing. The bartenders: nice as can be. The other guests? They sang my fiance Happy birthday as soon as they found out his birthday was next week. The bottles are super affordable for being essentially craft wine and they are delicious to make it even better.

We had heard through friends that Tommy’s Too High was a must try, but we put it off since it is kind of off the beaten path. We must tell you it is worth the drive (we came from the Cities). Hands down some of the best wines we have ever had!!! On top of that Tommy and his wife are simply a true pleasure to chat with. They have done a tremendous job of turning their hobby into a true winery experience. If you are lucky enough to be able to sample and purchase their Pumpkin wine, you must. I have had the opportunity to sample wines all over the world and my wife and I have dabbled in making it as well, so we speak with plenty of experience. Their Pumpkin wine is the BEST we have ever had, the process they use to add the spices, truly delivers a Pumpkin Pie taste with every sip.
