I picked them because they were the first to answer the phone. I lucked up,I only had to call three companies .They scheduled an appointment for the following day and killed my bugs the next. Pleasant experience. I'm glad they could help me out so quickly.

My wife and I have been using Nick for a decade. Since we've been using Nick, we have had zero bug problems, and my wife is very happy not having to deal with any palmetto bugs. When we moved from one end of Wilmington Island to the other, we made sure to take Nick with us. I do not hesitate to Recommend Nick and Orion to my friends.

We "inherited" Nick when we moved into our house 12 years ago as he had serviced it for the previous owners. We have never had any desire to switch to someone else ! Nick is always polite, always on time and flexible as needed to match our schedules. Cannot recommend Orion highly enough!

I am so glad I switched to Orion. We had a problem with German cockroaches and battled them for 6 months to no avail. I originall had Yates Astro and they only sprayed. Didn’t help. We tried everything! So finally I switched to Orion. Our technician Nick was very knowledgeable and laid bait for the roaches. He explained how it worked and even texted me with a follow up to see the progress. Those awful roaches were gov within a week! It’s been about a year and haven’t seen one since. I’m really happy we switched to Orion, it cost less than Yates Astro and they do all the outside, inside spraying but with much more customer service. They will immediately address any pest issues and show real oweness in their work. If you decide to switch to Orion, as if “Nick” could be your technician. He always texts me a day before he comes and asks if anything needs to be addressed. Plus he’s very, patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. You’ll be glad you switched to this company!

Nick is so friendly and very willing to take the time to explain anything you ask. We never see any bugs , only if they are dead. I would highly recommend Orion and Nick if you are in need of this service. Always on time!

Rob Harvey has been treating my house for the last six years and I am very very happy.
Rob has a key to my house and if I am not at home he lets himself in and sprays my house for me.
