Lovely dinner on Valentine's Day evening! The BEST Enchiladas Verdes I've ever had....my husband's Chicken Fajitas were delicious and a huge portion! Mexican Rice was flavored so perfectly! We were so pleased with the whole meal!!

What an authentic Mexican restaurant!
This is our go-to Mexican restaurant when we travel from Miami to Keys.
We’ve tried so many different items for the past few years, and everything is delicious.
Chicken taquito appetizer is huge and yummy. Horchata is so authentic. Chapala is our favorite. It’s mixed with shrimp, beef and chicken and covered with cheese. Portion is huge. I always get shrimp and steak fajita and never disappointed. Corn tortilla is great.
We tried whole fried red snapper and wow that was amazing!
Enchiladas, quesadillas and all other dishes are great.
Live music makes me so happy and I feel like I already started a vacation. Highly recommend this local spot.

What a find. We moved to South Florida 4 years ago from California and haven't found many Mexican restaurants we like here, but this one was great!
The server was attentive and very nice.
The music was fantastic.
The food was very good and authentic, the portions were so big.
Definitely coming back here.

This place never disappoints. I ordered something new to try...the carne asada plate with camarones was delicious. The shrimps were big and not those pre frozen tiny ones. 10/10 on taste! My husband ordered 6 taquitos de carne and loved it! Of course we always get horchata for drinks! The BEST horchata in south Florida!

Don't be shy gringos and gringas!! The food is authentic and awesome! Best I've had in South FLA in awhile. You have to try it. Staff is very welcoming with great music!!! Enjoy!

Really good food at a great price. I come every Friday after work. I love the pollo a la plancha.

Casual come as you are type restaurant. Excellent authentic Mexican food that reminded us of similiar places when we lived in Texas. Generous portions and the (original, lime) margaritas were very good as well. A couple of servers spoke english too.

We and our crews have been eating here for 22 years coming in and out of Ft. Lauderdale running yachts and it's always great food and friendly service. The only thing that changes is the size of the muted TV with soccer.

Very clean and serves food quickly. I have no idea who rates it poorly for South Western Mexican food except maybe competitors.

I always get the savory steak Tampiquena and my wife usually gets the Mambo Combo.

Update January 1 2022: 10 stars again! lol I won't add another picture as we always get the same 2 things. This time lunch here was to celebrate successfully sailing a 1,000 miles from the Chesapeake to Ft. Lauderdale leaving in winter gales to deliver another yacht. Well worth the sail, always perfect and friendly service even on the first day of the year.

Best rice and beans I've ever had! The Karaoke was fun and loud. Don't come here if you're looking for a quiet night out.

Delicious and traditional real Mexican food, margaritas are delicious, Foos spectacular and great service

If your are in the city of Homestead and feel like eating some tacos or authentic Mex food Jalisco is the local Mex food with a touch of spice, Tacos, Soup, Fish, Meat and your favorite chimilada or cold birra.

The al pastor tacos are the best I've ever had. 5 stars!

Loved the live music karaoke event. Food was a delicious treat and drinks were ok. Their singer Nena definitely brought life to the party.

The beef tongue tacos were super good and the Margarita was the BEST i had in a damn good time. The lady at the bar really knows how to make the best margaritas ever!!
They treat you nice and very good attention. I would give a 10 start instead of 5 🍹🍹

This is a great place to spend a Friday or Saturday night great service, drinks and music. The chips and salsa are always crunchy and with the right vegetable balance. The fish in the ceviche always feels fresh and the tacos I tried the carne asada tacos and were very flavorful.....

Greg hole in the wall type of place. Food incredible and reasonably priced.
