AT&T Store

Always have such a good experience here! Store is always clean, smells good. Employees are friendly and super knowledgeable!! Pay no mind to the very few and far between disgruntled reviews. The employees here are some of the best I’ve ever interacted with!!!!!

I purchased a new phone and couldn't Bluetooth it to my car. The salesperson worked with it until he was able to connect it. He was very confident and courteous. What he wasn't sure about he asked his supervisor. All of my needs were taken care of.

Can't remember the guys name at the jennings store. But he was by far the best help I ever received from at&t. Was great at answering my questions and explaining everything.

I had to switch service providers and Zac did an amazing job switching all my lines over. He went above and beyond to make sure all my phone lines were working before leaving his store. He is now part of the family. I would recommend any one go see Zac and his team.

I was at att and this couple went in there all messed up being rude to the staff. The staff member stayed calm and remain professioal.. they were able to help me with what i need great job staff

Zac is such a great help! He is who I always deal with because he's very knowledgeable about the features of the products and plans. He also helps me to minimize my bill while maximizing my data.

The team over here is the best. They are the only att store I bother with. The manager Zack and the team go out of their way to make me feel like family everytime I come.

Dropped my phone in water for 5 hours. Phone was shot. Zack and Ethan spent a few hours makings sure I got everything on my new phone. Amazing people in there.
