Mr. Haywood is wonderful. All of the staff are very professional. They provided a very nice service for my husband.

Very serene, calming and peaceful atmosphere to reflect and appreciate the purpose and gratefulness of life. The staff were professional with compassion. I'd only make a recommendation to update the music. This location is convenient and a jewel of the community.

Haywood has been a pillar in our community since before I was born and have provided services for my family frequently over the years, however it was recently that I experienced their superior service personally. I met with Sonya to discuss an outdated pre-paid insurance policy and preneed services. She was fast and efficient in getting an answer for any questions she could address. Little did I know, I would be back at her office two weeks later to make arrangements for my aunt. The funeral home honored everything discussed previously at the rates discussed, worked with me & my family for scheduling and never questioned anything we decided to do as we honored my aunt. Karl did an outstanding job preserving my late aunt and Sonya dressed her beautifully making sure that her beauty and detail to her appearance in life was not lost in death! My aunt's appearance eased some of our pain in losing her so unexpectedly. Their services didn't stop at the burial but continued with cards at different holidays. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for me and my family.

I've used Haywood Funeral Home 3 times, to bury my mother , grand mother, and grand father, and the service is impeccable, these guys offer top level service, and have a very professional staff. When every I asked the staff to take care of a task its was done immediately. They go out of their way too accommodate their customers through a difficult time.

I Love the service they gave for my mom!!! I gave 5 stars but, wish I could give more!!!! My Dad service was here and they did a WONDERFUL job in 2001 and in 2013 for my mom was WONDERFUL!!!

Always busy

The wifi must have dropped or their phone died while live streaming and they lost a portion of my mothers service. Instead of telling us we have been calling back and forth since Nov. we cannot purchase her home going celebration as it is broken into 2 videos. I left several messages and keep getting the run around, to only notice my mom was the only service, that failed to be recorded in its entirety. We have accepted that it is lost and cannot be retrieved, with no confirmation or apology from the funeral home. Aside from updating the “gift/cake” given from funeral home, and having 2 recording devices to ensure a keepsake for families, no other issue.
