I purchased a pork shoulder and some smoked side meat. The shoulder was used in a delicious Spanish roast, and the side meat was used to season vegetables. The smokey flavor of both cuts really elevated the dishes. My family has been eating these dishes for years, and everyone commented on the savory flavor of the pork.
