Shipping took some time, good products though.

The item I purchased was just as described, so that was OK. What wasn't OK was the amount I paid for what They described as expedited. I ordered the Bow Case 12/22 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I realized the chances for Xmas were slim but I was OK with that. I expected it to arrive the next day- it did not. It didn't arrive until 12/29. All I requested was a refund for the shipping I paid and did not receive. All kinds or excuses and reasons they would not refund. No attempt at contact. No Customer Service of any kind. I'm sure the products they sell are all well and good but they're not manufactured by the company and since they can be purchased elsewhere.... If I could give this company - (negative) stars I would.
BTW- I do ALL my Xmas shopping on line so this review is also based on other companies I have purchased from, and there are many, for comparison.

Placed an order a few weeks ago. Still hasn't been shipped yet. Tried emailing and calling but have not yet been in contact with anyone from OSS.

The email on their site does not exist. Placed an order, called, emailed and waited. No responses. Nobody there cares. Feels like a major scam.
