Born and raised in NOLA, where the best restaurants and food you will find in the world.
Ate at Jam's for the first time, and I have to admit that they have the best tasting fried chicken I've ever had or you will eat. And the buns that come with the chicken dinners are the tastiest buns I've ever had. Highly recommend if in or passing the Kentwood exit. Only a minute from the interstate.

Excellent!!! The best fried chicken leg I have ever had! Amazing good sweet tea. Wanted to try shrimp but they were out! I will stop again when passing through even if we are not hungry!

Best fried chicken around! Friendly folks, piping hot & juicy chicken & tasty sides. Just made the drive from Amite just to eat at Jam and it was absolutely worth it. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Use to get jams chicken all the time they had stores in Clinton, Jackson, and Kentwood well these are the ones I use to go to but like the economy everyone believe they can fry chicken cook better but it is more it’s about customer service, the love of cooking and the favor no one has I love some blue store chicken but they don’t have anything on jams I get a hint of heat and spicy no matter if the chicken is mild
