Customer service is next to none, closer to the none. 0 stars clearly isn’t an option either. I was never more excited to close my account here. Paying bills on loans you have with them is next to impossible. Why are these simple things so hard??

Online bank is always having issues. At least twice a week I cannot access my account. And I hate the overdraft fees. Very expensive for a poor Guy like me.

Don’t use this bank as your personal bank. My debit card was stolen and I went in report it. They said I have to pay for what that person spend off my card. They didn’t do an investigation either. My family been with Firstar for over 10 years. Good way to loose your loyal customers. So it’s ok for people to stole your money huh?
