I was greeted and welcomed by a friendly, warm associate named Isaiah. I explained my phone was broken and I wanted to switch to a contract. He answered all my questions and concerns with his expansive knowledge base. He handled all my needs in a timely manner. I had been dreading going to a retail store. By the time, I had my new Samsung A51 activated, I felt like I had made a friend as well as a fantastic sales associate. My Mom and I are going back next week to see him and get her a new phone. I hope Verizon knows what an incredible employee they have.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. No waiting. Easy access to office. Explained my options & plan choices in easy to understand phrasing. I am not electronically inclined. Did not rush. Talked with my son on the phone to explain my purchases. A definite go to for Verizon.

The young lady, Ajonai, working was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very efficient in fixing my phone problem. Unlike a past visit at the same store when I went in , the young man was only interested in making a new sale. I will definitely be back to the store when I need to make a new purchase to see Ms. Ajonai.

After working tirelessly with Verizon in Hammond and online for 4 months, I stumbled across Russell Cellular this afternoon, called, went in and was blown away bu the professionalism of Olivia and another young lady whose name I did not get. I was and STILL AM IMPRESSED! Thank you again!

Ms. Olivia helped me way above and beyond. I could remember passwords and emails for it’s not some thing do and forgot to put them in my notes. She was so professional and didn’t stop trying everything she could until she had my new phone working amazing and had everything I needed right at my fingertips.. I couldn’t thank her enough..
