I've had to pick up my grandchildren's WIC for over 7 years now (from oldest,7 yrs, to youngest, 2 months) in 3 locations. Lee County, Union County, and Pontotoc County, which is where I currently pick up. Most locations have treated us cordially for the most part, and I have only been treated rudely at 1 location, that being Union County.
Pontotoc County is by far, the absolute best!!! They go above and beyond to assist you, they have even prolonged their lunch, which is a set time, losing part of their lunch in order for me to pick up. Their friendliness far exceeds any expectations, and their service skills are superior.
