Wendy's

This crew rocked it on a very late night ... Pulled in drive thru at 12:42am. I literally was last carving line all the way at road hanging out....by the time got to board to place order it was like 1:09 am ...and though they closed at 1 am took my order and we're continuing to place orders from the wrap around line pulled in after me..... They were courteous and fast on service and didn't act upset because they technically should have been closed and off. Thanks much everyone 💯✅🙌👊👍🫶👌💃🏆

I have had a lot of horrible experiences with fast food lately, but let me tell yall something. This girl made my day 100% better. I loved the energy and the general happiness here. I believe her name was Brenda. Thank you and I love you Brenda ❤. These frosty-ccinos are amazing and these honey butter biscuits hut the spot 😋 😍

The workers are very friendly and efficient. Our group always enjoy eating at Wendy's.

The staff was friendly and served quickly. Also, the order was exact.

The managers went out of their way to make sure I got food to eat. They had a truck Cleaning the outside while they were still open they took my order and brought my food to me.

Great atmosphere, well cook food

Used the app, went thru the drive thru & picked up. Couldn't be easier. Order was correct, food on point, and staff is friendly.

Awesome service & food. Love using the app & it has great rewards. IMO they have the best fast food burgers & chicken. Salads, potatoes & chili is delicious as well. Wish they would carry hot mochas or hot chocolate. Frosty is a great treat at a great value too.

George needs a raise! Late night after a long day and wanted some quick food. Was hesitant about going to this Wendy's because they messed up my order the last time, but I went anyways. I placed my order and it was read back quickly and correctly. When I got to the window to pay, the same employee (George) double checked that it was the right order. He then promptly took my card and handed it back with the receipt. As I drove to the next window he met me and explained that he was taking orders, taking payments, doing prep, and giving the food to the customers. Awesome job George!! That is an A1 employee and deserves high praise and recognition from management.... a raise and a promotion couldn't hurt either.

My elderly parents love Wendy's bacon and cheese baked potatoes. Yesterday, my mom wanted coffee, and they brewed it fresh for her.

Today, three years later, Mom and I ate at this Wendy's again. This time, Terriney brewed fresh coffee for my 86- year-old mom. All employees were kind and courteous, and Mom enjoyed her baked potato, while I enjoyed my apple pecan salad. Also, the restaurant was nice and clean. Pontotoc's Wendy's is a good one.

Drive through lady was very nice and food was great and cooked to order not always this way at Pontotoc was very pleased

We were visiting from out of state & needed food quickly for 11 people. Most of which were children. This location handled our 2 huge drive thru orders, which consisted of a ton of nuggets, with such professionalism. Everyone was very pleasant to interact with. Our orders were accurate, fresh and we had enough sauce for the 50 plus nuggets we ordered and napkins too! We cant say the same for the wendys in our state.

Food over cooked. Slow to take orde n workers were not getting alone

I'm personally a fan of Wendy's I love lots of their food we mainly by Grilled Chicken Go wraps even though the price has inflated a good bit on those they're still really good I'm sure everyone knows Wendy's has the best chili of anywhere and they're loaded potatoes aren't bad and who doesn't love dipping their fries in a Frosty you should also try dipping a chicken sandwich and your chocolate frosty I know it sounds crazy but the flavors mixed together really well and taste awesome Frosty's ain't just for fries

I Love Wendy's! Where else can you get burger,fries,nuggets & a drink for about $5 ?!? Their food is Fresh,hot & fixed to order 95% of the time,this is my go to place for GREAT FOOD!

Gave me chili from the bottom of the pot. Rich and meaty. Made me feel welcome

Mrs Virgie and Mrs Betty plus the whole team are wonderful they real care about there customer s. I would give them a 30 if I could. I was not paid to write this.

I eat at wendys at least 3 times a week in pontotoc bc i work so close. They are ALWAYS friendly and prompt with good food no matter what time of day it is. You guys should go next door to McDonald’s and show them how to run a restaurant!!! Keep up the good work.

Drive through was pretty backed up, but over all it was a good experience and our food met our expectations
