I had not been to a dentist longer than I would care to admit, and finally had an issue with my teeth that forced me to seek help. My initial visit was pleasant and it was determined that I needed a root canal and deep cleaning. The root canal was as pleasant as something of this nature could be and was successful. The following week I had my deep cleaning and again, the overall experience was not nearly as horrible as I was expecting. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

They went above and beyond! Best dentist i have ever been to. The staff is awesome and friendly and Dr. Hoopes is exactly the same. Non judgement and super nice! Thank you guys so much!

I have been going to this dentist throughout several years and I will admit it's like once a year to two I make it in. Two weeks ago the receptionist was amazing and got me a appointment set up. I'm in a bit of a bind with tooth pain which is on me. So was super relieved when she got me appointment. I updated my info and waited.Unfortunately I show up today for my appointment and a different receptionist is sitting there 😔. I give her my info and the woman persists she spoke with me and" I was rude and said I said didn't know what she was talking about. Hung up on her." I'm in shock said ma'am that wasn't me, I didn't receive any phone calls ma'am I need an extraction. Please it wasn't me. Well we verified my phone number and it was completely wrong. She basically insisted that it was my fault she did her job by calling and the appointment was cancelled. " Oh but I can get you in on Monday." SMH So unprofessional your fault and you made it feel like me. I left. You messed up and I suffer.

The dentistry was fine like a dozen other places in town, but read the fine print and ask a lot of questions about their billing practices or you could be in for a very rude surprise. Won’t bore you with the details, but needless to say I paid 4 times what I was expecting (almost $600) and they want another $100. And yes, I even have insurance. Just beware.
