We have the best postman in Pontotoc our family absolutely loves him

The laziness of this post office keeps getting worse and worse. We purchased a large outdoor plastic container to put signs in, with signs up asking for packages to be placed inside this tub. Our local delivery is so lazy they just put it on top. Thankfully I found it before the local stray dogs found it…how lazy can yall get?

No other delivery service has problems with my orders, always a problem with USPS. The only genuine, friendly person there is TONY.He’s always pleasant and it’s appreciated. Edit.. a year later, yep still the same. They found my package in a different parcel locker than the key they left for me. 2 months later… Today they tell me, Your package was picked up Wednesday. No it wasn’t me!! I didn’t get a slip in my box so I said maybe it was put in someone else’s box. She says oh no that’s not possible. REALLY?? All I know is I didn’t pick it up. Thankfully Amazon is shipping another one though it wasn’t their fault. Hated to leave one star.

This post office has people delivering mail that have 0 idea how to drive. Every one of them run late and they ride your tail on the street to get where there going. Look at the reviews, nothing gets delivered on time or even delivered at all

They never deliver on time. I get all of these updates in texts saying that my packages will be delivered but the mail carriers rarely deliver on time.
Besides that when they have a package that doesn’t fit inside of a mail box they sit in my driveway blowing their horn waking my baby even though their is no signature required.
Also they repeatedly get off of my drive way and tear my yard up when there is no need for it.
Lazy and unprofessional.

We get everybody's mail but our own. We have complained several times to no avail. My husband is on disability abd God knows who got our mail but we never got his forms so we could do our taxes. We call Social Security and had them send them to us TO DIFFERENT times over a course if several week and FINALLY ended up going there and getting them so we could do our taxes. Someone somewhere has my husbands Social Security number and personal info not to mention my gas bill, my Dish bill and my other monthly bills we haven't had delivered to us in months.

I sent my husband to mail the rest of the invitations for my father’s 70th birthday party after I ran out of stamps. The woman who worked there, without asking, started putting tacky Hot Wheels stamps on them.
It might not seem like a big deal to someone else but it’s unacceptable to me as I’ve spent a length of time making sure I had the perfect invitations.

Not even worthy of one star. They deliver mail weeks after they receive it, if they deliver it all. I've made multiple trips up there for packages, they can't seem to find, that has been there for days because they refuse to try and deliver it, only for said package to magically show up on my fourth,fifth, etc visit.

The postman has thrown another package out of his truck on my porch that had breakable stuff in it this is the fourth time I want to file a report on this.

Haven't received any mail in over a week, you really need to fire the mail carrier

You need to check your employees they did not delivery package today.

Priority mail... 2 weeks later and I still haven't received it! 5th trip here and now there systems down!!

Package was not delivered as it said it was in tracking.
