Great little gym!They have a good variety of machines and free weights. The staff is very friendly. Additionally, they have several premium options including a neat salt cabin. Highly recommended – give them a try.

This is a great gym! I come often to the area to visit family and I'm so excited to come back for this gym! (Sorry, family). They have a great selection of gym equipment, but my absolute favorite part is the sauna, cold plunge, salt cabin combo. Oh, and the smoothie bar!!!! This is a diamond in Eufaula!!!

Great place and the staff are really helpful! NO SHAME for this Fat old Lady. Everyone should go check it out! Fitness is the fountain if youth! Woo hoo!

Gym is in a historic downtown building and absolutely beautiful. The wellness lounge is just as amazing with all the options! Pictured is us enjoying the salt cabin!

The salt therapy spa and the cold water therapy plunge are game changers for my health and staying fit! I notice improvement in my allergies and asthma after enjoying the red light therapy and salt therapy sauna.

The new owner has made some great changes. The facility is well kept, the equipment is clean, the staff is friendly as well as helpful,and I enjoy being able to use the key card access for when going in early. Just tried the circuit training class and LOVED it!!
