Hate to give a low rating to a local company but I am simply disappointed.

I Recommend you Chose a DIFFERENT Company. From day one, this title company was inept, treating the buyers and the seller in a very unprofessional manner. They delayed the closing by over 45 days, causing the buyers to pay a HIGHER interest rate than their agreement with the lender. They charged over $6K to buyer, $2K to seller! (the total sell was only $25,000!!!) They didn't return calls, didn't perform as expected, didn't know how to interpret a legal, had to be called by the Abstract Co & and the selling realtor to help them get that done, had to be given phone #'s and emails multiple times... and in the end, delayed the closing even further, after knowing from day one that the seller was NOT local, reminded again 5 days prior to closing that seller wasn't local, they replied to a call from the seller by asking 'are you coming in to sign the papers today?' Even though Nicole had been told the week before that she needed to mail/email/overnight documents to me, when I called on the DAY OF, she was flustered, unorganized, and asked me if I could come sign papers. I live 1,200 miles from the Title Office. Almost 3 months to close on a small piece of land in Eastern Oklahoma. This title co was selected by the Lender, so it falls on their shoulders as well. Do NOT USE THIS TITLE CO if you want a timely, affordable, and professional closing.

They never called when things were done. They never called me back after I called them to see if the paperwork was done. The only way I knew what was going on was calling them multiple times over several weeks.
