Best Western Eufaula Inn

The interior is outdated but who cares. Clean room. Excellent service. Free breakfast. Great location right off the highway. Fair prices. Great pizza delivery from Chaneys. What more do you need for a travel stop over.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. It was larger than I expected. The staff was very helpful and kind. We felt welcome. The breakfast had hot food options and overall the selection was good.

The property is showing some wear but it’s a good place to stay for a few nights. Pool looked nice but we did not use it.

From the time we walked in greeted by the most helpful staff. She worked the evening or night shift. Helped with my points and h I w to update my profile. Room was great, breakfast-helpful staff. I needed a blanket, no problem.

I came in on a motorcycle, and was allowed to park under the portico to keep the bike out of rain and weather which was expected. The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. There was a Love's Truck Stop a quarter of a mile back on the road and I was able to walk up there safely get a stretch of my legs and some dinner. I also use the laundry facilities to clean up motorcycle clothes. Was wonderful to have clean clothes in the morning. Would definitely recommend this to other travelers and to motorcyclists

Best Western has always been one of my favorite places to stay. The free breakfast is amazing and the staff was great and very helpful. The only bad thing i can say is the inside pool wasnt clean to swim in and the pop machine takes change and keeps it

We had a sudden death in the family and needed a decent place to stay for a week. Our rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was always working and checking to see if we needed anything. This by far has been one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.

This place was perfect!!!!! The staff was friendly and so accommodating, the breakfast was great, the peace and quiet of the location & right next to a 24 hour loves truck stop with a pizza place & subway. So happy with our stay!!!!

Clean, quiet, nice staff. The town the hotel is located at is a cool and unique place to check out as well. Would recommend if you need a safe and quiet hotel to stay in.
Extremely clean.

We needed a place to sleep after a long drive so we pulled in here. A bit expensive for one night ($107) but it was a long stretch of road. Comfortable. Clean. Quiet. And they served a good breakfast in the morning. A lady employee was very helpful and nice in the morning so we were thankful for that.

Absolutely fantastic! If I'm ever in the area again, that's where I'll stay. I'll also recommend it to my friends. The front desk staff was so kind and accommodating. Beds were a little more firm than I'm used to but still pretty comfortable. If I had to rate anything as "negative," the only thing I can say is the indoor heated pool was too cold for my taste. I did get in and just never could get used to it, but there was a family there swimming with a 3 year old and it didn't bother him at all and the Mom and Grandmother got used to it just fine. I would also have liked to have paid a little less but the rate seemed pretty fair. It does seem to be the nicest hotel in Eufaula from what I could tell.

Very good for the price. Clean and quiet. Receptionist helped me find dinner. Another important thing for me was the AC/heater, which turned off when the right temperature was reached, instead of running continuously. My only wish is for there to be a few weights in the fitness room, not just cardio equipment, and for the pool to be a little warmer for kids.

Staff is super friendly! Rooms were as expected, I left each day and left personal belongings out in the open on tables. Not one time did I have an issue with housekeeping all my stuff I brought was there each day when I got back. I will definitely stay here again if I return to this town or close to it.

Wonderful place to crash for the night. Very clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Staff is very friendly.

Kind of off the beaten path, this Best Western keeps up the tradition of having friendly staff and a clean room.
I had the pleasure to speak with one of the house keepers and she was super sweet. I feel bad for not thinking her for the amazing job her and her coworkers have been doing
Can't find anything bad to say about this place.
P.S. If you're afraid of ladybugs check your room.
Great place!!

We only come to Eufaula once a year for a family reunion. We usually stay on site at the reunion but this is the second year we opted for ease of hotel. The front desk staff is always friendly! We were able to be near our family in the same hotel. The hotel is great for the area that you are in and it's clean! Beds were a little hard for my personal taste but they were clean and the room was clean which is all that really matters to me.

This property was very nice. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and I would assume are very helpful (didn't need help). The room was immaculate and very clean. The amenities were nice. I would just update or upgrade the WIFI, it wasn't fast at all, but other than that no complaints.

Very clean, large room with a spacious bath and a closet. Iron with board, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. TV was a 52" Insignia with good picture and plenty of channels.
Ethernet port and strong wifi signal. Breakfast bar appointed as usual, but better attended than many.
Only one bedside lamp shared between the two beds was a minor inconvenience, but there is a light on the desk to use for reading if another person is sleeping.

The motel and clerk were great! But, the main office cancelled my reservation, they don't know who or why. It took forever to get it straightened out over the phone and it turned out most of the guests coming in had the same problem. The clerk was wonderful and a very good worker, she got the problem fixed and kept everyone HAPPY. This is unexceptable and I will be cautious when staying at this chain of motels.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we were stuck an extra night due to flight cancellations because of weather, they were very accommodating. We've been there twice on business and stayed here, both times the experience was great. Thank you
