Roto-Rooter Plumbing Muskogee

This is the second time in 3 years that I’ve had to use Roto-Rooter’s services. Both times I’ve received amazing and prompt services. Dusty was my technician today. He was polite, knowledgeable, and had super customer service skills. Definitely a good experience.

Very professional, knowledgeable, timely and friendly! I like how they sent me a picture of Dustin before he came out. He was informative in the process. Would use them again and highly recommend!!

I had a clogged main drain pipe. They came the same day, cleared the clog, and the fee was very affordable. This was my second time using them. Great service at a great price.

Dusty and Tyler seem to really care about their customers. They took the time to teach and explain as well as address a few minor issues we were experiencing. I was not prepared for the price of having our tankless water heater flushed because the office was unable to provide an estimate. My only feedback is for the receptionist to know the total price and for the option to flush a tankless to be included in the online scheduling tool. The total price also includes materials because they can only use them one time. Great experience though, and I highly recommend Dusty and Tyler.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We are super thankful for you guys and especially thankful for Dustin. Dustin went above and beyond fixing our pipes outside. We were incredibly stressed about what it might cost. He quoted us what he thought it would be. To our surprise it was several hundreds of dollars LESS than what was quoted.

During the entire job Dustin was thorough and knowledgeable. He explained to us different things he was doing during the duration of the job. The craziest thing to me is he even fixed a broken faucet for us that another company didn't fix when we called them out for it bursting during the winter. Dustin fixed it in 15 minutes.

We have used you guys in the past, always being happy with the work done. We used the other company in a panic during the winter time because they could get out the quickest. Lesson learned. We will never use a company other than Roto-Rooter in future. We felt ripped off by the other company. Your team has never been anything but honest and fair with us. Again we can't thank you guys enough.

Oh, just one more thing for extra emphasis.... Dustin is a rockstar!!!

Had my pump replaced by Roto-Rooter, and they did a great job. Very professional and nice, and explained everything concerning the job done. DJ is very knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend his work to anyone.

Dusty was very professional and did a great job. We thought we wouldn't have running water for a few days, but he was able to get it fixed for us the same day I called. 10/10 service. Will recommend to friends!

Dustin was quick and efficient! He took care of our plumbing issue within 10 mins of his arrival.

As painful as the price was for the repair, the plumber seemed very honest and professional. He didn’t beat around the bush and got the job done. For now we have a temporary fix but I’m confident on the next visit he will get us straightened out permanently.

Holay! After calling the lesser known rooter company and them NOT showing up or even calling to say they couldn't make it; I called and scheduled with the professionals. Omg! They immediately sent me a text as well as an email confirming my appointment. Then today, before sending a technician to the house; they sent me a text with a photo of the technician, his name and bio! I think this is a BRILLIANT way to run a business that sends technicians into a home nowadays. Every company should take notes and do this! They were quick to get me on their schedule, and Daniel fixed the issue within an hour. I'm very grateful for them and will continue to do business with them in the future and will refer them to ANYONE in Muskogee who has sewage problems. Mvto (thank you)!!

The company was quick and efficient at responding to my call. Having delt with them in the past, they were the only ones I called. The young man (Dusty), was polite and knowledgeable about what the issue was, which he took care of. I would suggest to anyone, call them for plumbing issues.

They replaced and installed 3 bathroom sinks along with 3 new faucets and replaced the thermostat and element in my hot water heater. I requested Daniel because he had been to my home before for work. He and his helper did not disappoint. They were very polite and professional.

Luke was very professional. He came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Price was just $20 higher than I paid another plumbing company. They did not fix the problem. Highly recommended roto router!
