We had a plumbing emergency last weekend. We had another plumber come out over the weekend and his company acted as if it would be too much work (collapsed sewage line) to do. We called lots of plumbers Monday to get quotes knowing this was going to be an expensive fix. Not only did J&M come in as one of the lowest, but they weren't booked out a month like the others. Heck, some of the others didn't even get back to us with quotes like promised. They were due to start today. They showed up on time as promised. We were expecting the job to probably take a couple days. To our surprise they said no, they were going to finish it today. They did finish it and did excellent work. Thank you so much! We will only call them for our plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend everyone else do the same!

Jeffrey came soon after I called him. He didn't take long to repair my toilet. He did a good job and I feel he charged a reasonable price especially since he had to return the following day to finish up. I will use this company the next time I have a plumbing problem.

The best plumbing service I’ve ever used. I had a string of bad luck at my house with several leaks happening over a few months and I called them each time. They were super fast, coming out the same day all 3 times. They found the leaks and did a great job getting them fixed at a fair price. I’m so glad I found them and they’ll be my first call if I ever need a plumber again.

Jeff and his crew have been my plumber ever since I moved to Fort Gibson over 8 years ago. He always shows up when he says he will and he always offers a detailed description of the problem. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and trustful and a great resource for the community!

They showed up when they said they would. Replaced two outside faucets, fixed a toilet leak and a shower leak. They were quick and very personable. Took them a few hours, and with materials it was a bit more than I expected but still within expectations. I'd use them again.

I absolutely will not use anyone else

J & M showed up on time as promised the only positive. However, the cost was astronomical and pricing was not disclosed upfront as to what the hourly fees were, trip fees, minimum installation fees etc….. When asked what the typical price for a hot water heater installation J & M stated “ it varies by job”. Mind you the old hot water heater was already removed and the space was ready for a clean installation. When presented with the bill it was over $1,700! Yes I stated that correctly. I was charged for a 2 hour minimum installation fee and they were here less than an hour ($480) again, old hot water heater was removed no need for the two hour minimum. Then I was charged $1100 for an electric hot water heater (included ancillary parts). The same exact model (Rheem) 40 gal tank at Home Depot with a 6 year warranty is listed for $429 + taxes. J & M clearly has a high markup when passing their commodities onto the consumer. I was extremely taken back when presented with a bill of that lofty of a price. Secondly, they also tried to charge me an hours worth of labor from the previous day for not bringing the correct water tank after making assumptions that my old tank was a “standard” size which it was not. Long of the short contact J & M at your own discretion unless you got loads of money to burn. Lesson learned shop around and ask more questions. Should have done the installation myself.

I hate writing a bad review on this company because they seem like good people but words of advise for anyone needing plumbing work done, get their estimate in writing prior to having work done. I had Joel out to give me an estimate, he called me the next day and said the job would be $2500 unless they ran into problems and it might go to $3500. I had them do the work, it went as scheduled, no problems. Joel then gives me a $3500 bill. I said to him why is it a $1000 higher then your estimate because you had no problems and I even told them I would do the clean up, which was a lot of shoveling. He said well we had some hand digging. That hand digging was about 10ft and about 1ft deep. I said that cost an additional $1000? He knew he had price gouged me. Words of advise, GET IT IN WRITING before you hire them!!!

Charged $100 more than he said, took twice as long as it should have with old equipment he had to work on and charged me for that time. Answered atleast 5 phone calls while doing the job. I recommend using someone else
