Couldn’t be happier with the service received in installing my new septic system. Milty and his crew were on time, prepared, and professional. I especially loved Milty’s charisma and positive attitude during the install, he makes the work fun and it was a pleasure working with him and his crew to install my new septic system.

Milty’s did a fantastic job! I am typically left disappointed with the subpar service of most companies nowadays, but this was a very pleasant experience, even more so considering the work being done. :). They showed up on time, communicated clearly and precisely on what was being done, what was needed, and got to work immediately. My 25+ year old septic is back in fighting shape. If you need septic work done, don’t hesitate to make the call. They will take good care of you.

James came to my home and inspected my septic issue. He was very polite and responsive to my questions/concerns. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair what could be repaired at this time. He referred me to a Milty's in Eufaula so I can get an estimate to replace my old septic system.

We had a small scheduling snafu and I was prepared to not like the technician that arrived. However, he did a better job of cleaning our tank than any company we have had out in the past. The technician was personable, efficient, and happily answered our little guys’ questions. We will continue doing business with Milty’s.

Miltys was recommended by 2 of my neighbors. Miltys was very professional. They called the day before they came out and showed up when they said they would. I had no idea where my septic tank was and Cisco had it located and dig up in less than an hour. Our system hadn’t been pumped in 40 years. Cisco put a contraption on so I will never have trouble locating again. He gave instructions on how to care for it. He was very patient and kind. I will definitely use them again.
