Nice place to ride, glad to see the equine horse camp & barn. Needs more trails but great place for the weekend.

Although the park is closed you can park at the bar and ride horses on. We can't wait for the park to open again.

The people who work here are very nosey as soon as we got there and parked we started fishing and they would drive around every 5 min and slow way down when passing us and finally we had enough of it when they just stopped an parked not to far from us...they just sit there until we went to leave and then they followed us 1 ¹/2 miles back to the entrance gate.. and we was the only ones there...i can see why now UPDATE!!! OK GUYS last season i hunted here first they told me i couldnt park in the parking lot i had to park outside gate which is roughly 1 1/2 miles if i was hunting then they told me i couldnt be walking and hunting but this year they havent said anything to me and sure havent been following me like before much better but less deer on property ever since they burned it last year

Can't rate my experience because the park to go to Kerr lake was closed for renovations until 2020. We didn't know that...
