By far the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle!! Tyler communicated and worked with me through a hiccup (on my part) and he hade it Non Stressful during the entire process!! He walked me through all the details and the bells and whistles before I ever left the lot; it would have taken me forever to figure out everything. This is a true and honest review, our salesman Tyler Vaughn was by far the absolute best representation of how a vehicle purchase should be done. He was extremely helpful in the process, knowledgeable of the vehicles and resources, and… It was the best we’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. They treat you like family and are willing to walk the trenches with you for that smooth purchasing transition. It’s nice to have a dealership and salesperson that completely understands the market and wants that top notch experience for the buyer!!

I can’t express enough how hard the sales rep Tyler Vaughn worked for us. From the first moment we went to the dealership he was all about trying to help us get a vehicle to fit our family of 5 comfortably. He worked for days with financing trying to help us. Through no fault of Tyler we were unable to get traditional financing but Tyler didn’t just quit there. He followed up from day one, listened and even made suggestions to help us get financing through other sources or means. Tyler is not a salesman like you think of when you go to a dealership. He is more of a customer service expert. He goes above and beyond his job and when we can I will definitely be going to see Tyler to help us in the future because I know he has our best interests at heart! The wife and i made the drive over to check out a few trucks. I would have bought any of them but my wife is the picky one! Tyler was super nice and knew his stuff about trucks and helped us for hours and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately the wife and I couldn’t come to an agreement on color (although it’s my truck and shouldnt matter to her) 😂 and our kids were all over the place so we decided to wait. How can I say this, I was tickled to hear all the different nicknames of Salesmen and GM. Loved my experience with all the personal, all very pleasant, down to earth and very glad to help and answer any questions. Went over everything on my new GMC and even had a driver ready to drive it home for me. Funny thing is I’ve still not driven the truck. When I came in to test drive my arm was in a sling and so Salesman took me for a test drive. We have always used there service department for our 2016 GMC and will continue with this truck.
