Luann and Tyler made this experience so incredibly easy. Coming from a rough credit background I was unsure of ever financing a nicer vehicle than what I had been driving.

They made the process simple and for the most part, quick and easy.

This particular location has definitely changed my opinion, especially with the dynamic around the office or laughs, smiles, and the bonds the employees share. Made this car buying experience one of the most fun I have ever had.

I want to say thank you to Jacob he was very outstanding talking with me answered every question I had got to test drive the car twice very chill sweet and definitely made everything super easy for me to drive away with my car I picked ill definitely be going back for another car for my sister everyone was very nice helped even have drinks for you very good experience even when I was 17hrs up from work tired hungry they made me super confident and comfortable best experience I had ever at a car lot hands down I'll do it again they definitely got me on the road low payments I'm happy with thank you car Mart

Muskogee Car-Mart staff was Incredible. My 5 yr old and I walked in 15 min before they closed on Saturday. I was curious to see, what they had in my price range. Ms. Jessica, the office manager) helped me from beginning to end. I told her what I had for down payment and what price range I wanted. to look around see thee also referred me to an insurance guy, while I was Luanne thank u as well. ..for all your help! They watched over my kid and gave my kiddo snacks.They stayed late just to make sure I was taken care of, and indeed I was!!!!
I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

Ok, so I wanted to drive my car for a bit so I could give a truly honest review. On 3/14/2024 I bought the cutest little bright green 2011 Mazda2 hatchback. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was delivered to Car-Mart with all brand new tires! Now, don't get me wrong I prayed the good Lord would allow me to buy the car that would last, and fit my little family and just genuinely be a reliable car. I was actually looking at a more expensive Kia, until I came across this gem and it fit just right in my down payment budget! It's been a great little car so far, everyone was very nice and helpful. Which I appreciated. I would recommend anybody to this Car-Mart! Thank you guys so much!

EDIT: HAVING TROUBLE WITH THEM MAILING ME MY TITLE. JESSICA HAS TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES SHE WAS MAILING IT AND IT WAS NEVER DONE. BROKEN PROMISES!

Luann was the absolute best she was an amazing person all around definitely recommend she helped me into the car of my choice. And the vehicle is awesome took it all the way to BA no issues at all. Car-Mart in Muskogee is doing a lot better

This was the best carmart that I have been to, Jessica the manager was so sweet and nice, she got me in the vehicle I wanted within an hour. I highly recommend the Carmart in Muskogee.

Came in today to purchase a new to me vehicle. This is my 4th vehicle through Car-Mart and Muskogee lot 020 is by far the best in my opinion. My salesman, Tyler, was friendly and helpful through the full process and ensured my payments are within my budget. The General Manager, Jessica, is very friendly and so incredibly personable. The Assistant Manager, Zade, is absolutely HILARIOUS. Both of the account ladies, Becca and Pam made sure to make me feel welcome while I was on the lot.
Everyone I encountered up there was so helpful and seemed genuinely happy for me to be getting into this vehicle.

100% would recommend this lot to anyone looking for their next vehicle!!

Tyler was able to get me into the vehicle my wife wanted no problem whatsoever ! He was teaching me stuff and was always there for any questions I had shot he even waited for me to come back from being on the road trucking to help me he even remembered my name and knew what I did great salesman for sure . Zade was the same as Tyler he was teaching me and helping me threw my first time purchasing a vehicle on the lot this team is an amazing to go to to get your vehicle I’ll be coming back for a truck once this one’s paid off

UPDATE: Jessica Hernandez and Meagan Burns have made this right! They have gone above and beyond. They moved fast and adequately to provide a resolution to this issue. Thank you. I purchased a vehicle wholesale through an online platform on 11/11/22 and to THIS DAY CAR-MART OF MUSKOGEE HAS NOT PRODUCED A TITLE. Today marks 300 DAYS!!! Multiple emails and phone calls and no one wants to admit fault to this issue. They took this car in as a trade in WITHOUT A TITLE. We have paid this vehicle IN FULL to the online platform.

Safe & Tyler worked with me and helped me get into a car!!! It only took about 2 hours and part of that was me trying to get the insurance to update with it being the day after Christmas!! My car is beautiful and runs so well!!!! They made it work for me with a not so great trade in but still was able to do “0” down!! Very thankful! Will buy from them again
