We used Kassey with the Joy of Travel for our first international trip as a couple to Mexico a few years ago. She went above and beyond for us. So when we started to plan our destination wedding we knew she was the one to help us. I cannot say enough amazing things about Kassey. We used Joy of Travel for our honeymoon and worked with Heather. We went to the DR and stayed in a beautiful adults only resort called Live Aqua. She was amazing and all of our travel was set up for us perfectly, we had no issues. Highly recommend using them, we will be using them again!

We just used Kassey to travel to Mexico. First of all this trip was over a year in the making (thanks to COVID). She had extra work from the get go because it was postponed last year and then when we rescheduled we wanted to add our kids to our vacation, which was no problem whatsoever. Kassey Weaver @ The Joy of Travel - Stigler is an amazing travel agent. From the first time we met at a travel seminar her buisness put on she felt like family and would have nothing but your best interests in mind.
She was the one who introduced us to all inclusive travel in Caribbean and allowed us to have our first trip where we didn't have to think other then where we were eating at the resort or what drink should I try next. The info she had about just the Cancun airport was worth weight in gold yet no extra cost to us for this info.
She was also the reason i had full refund on Alaska cruise, that was canceled twice, instead of just getting credit like alot of people I know did. She puts in alot of time to make dream trips come true with no extra cost to you.
Can't wait to have her book our next amazing vacation.... I hear Northern Europe calling me....

Great bike run

Beyond rude and extremely unprofessional!! They have price matched for us before, and when asked to do so again, she said “yes, we can. However, i am not doing to do it.” And went on to suggest raising our budget because “i feel i earn and deserve the prices i quote.” I thought this was about helping people find good deals. Money hungry much? Her level of professionalism really showed when she posted this encounter on her Facebook page. Making it seem that a cheap, bedbug-ridden hotel was wanted.?? And when respectfully corrected, she deleted the comments. And then deleted the poor review on her Facebook page. Apparently you can’t trust Facebook.

Very rude when asking questions and is not professional at all.
