Dr Wells and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable. I recommend them often. Been going to Wells for about 23 years.

This particular dentist office has been nothing but awesome when it comes to their patients. I have never been treated so so great when going to the dentist and honestly it’s all in thanks to the staff, they made me feel right at home and like they cared for me as a person not just as a payment. I would highly recommend this office over anyone in western Oklahoma. I’ve been to several. And if ur tooth is hurting that bad to the last woman...probably shouldn’t wait so long that way they can get you in. They can’t pull a tooth that is hurting it may be infected. I mean someone might pull it for you but highly unlikely. Plus it a new patient, u can’t just call in and think ur gonna get in right away. If they say their booked then they probably already have their current patients there to be helped. I’m sure ur brother has been going for a while. And I KNOW the staff there is very friendly. They fixed my entire mouth. Thank you everyone at Bob Wells office I do not have an anxiety anymore about letting the dentist do what’s he gotta do. Thanks y’all. You’re doing awesome keep up the great work!

I am new to Oklahoma. I broke a filling in one of my teeth and was having a lot of pain. To the point of crying. My brother recommends his Dentist Dr Bob Wells. I called twice, once crying, and was told too bad, we absolutely cannot work you in no matter how much pain your in! Now the day before I called the second time crying in pain, my brother bit down on a nut, broke a tooth, (no pain mind you) and they got him in the very next morning!!! I guess in order to get past Dr Bob’s receptionists, one has to have a certain appendage swinging bringing between their legs!! Dr Bob Wells doesn’t appear to be a very compassionate person, nor is his staff!

Was not very happy with this dentist office. Nothing against the dentist himself, but the other people that work for him. When I was 17 (I had a birthday since then) I was in need of a new dentist and decided to try this one. When my first appointment rolled around, I had to make another appointment because I had to deal with something. By my second appointment, something huge came up and I could not attend that one either. So, when I called again to reschedule I was denied service there ever again. That’s fine, but not very good service. Also, whoever I talked to, was very rude when speaking to me. Don’t recommend!

Misdiagnosed, performed root canal on tooth that had a crown : ruined crown, did not fix problem only added to them. I paid cash upfront to Bob after he personally created an invoice and wanted payment before proceeding. He then sent me a bill for a filling a month afterwards knowing that he had misdiagnosed the problem. The staff became rude at this point and has yet to produce a detailed invoice of procedures. I do not recommend, very disappointing and a waste of money.
