First of all... Fried deviled eggs and fried mushrooms as regular side choices?! Yes please.

Portion size was great. Plenty of food.

Service was spot on and the young lady was so sweet and eager to please.

I got a 2-meat combo with ribs, sliced brisket, and sides were fried mushrooms and fried deviled eggs.

Flavor was great with everything. Meats were probably a 7 out of 10. Ribs fell off the bone and both meats seemed...watery? Maybe the way they have to keep them fresh with a small facility in a small town without heavy traffic?

I still give them a 5 star rating and they are worth a visit.

Truly an amazing experience! From the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Our waitress was so great. Checked on us the entire time, gave great recommendations and explained any items we had questions about. Food was terrific!! Portions were perfect if not on the large size!! When you order a cup of chili....you better be ready for a big bowl! If you get the fried deviled eggs make sure to ask for the house sauce especially if you like garlic... it is amazing! Make sure you save room for dessert they have plenty to choose from and they are so good. We had the pleasure of getting to chat with the owner while there and she is a true joy to speak with and yall when I say if you don't feel right at home when you're there then I don't know where else you would. She is truly a sweet lady who goes out of her way to do what she can to please her customers and make the best food possible. I am really glad we happen to hear about the place when we were there for our tournament. Parking is limited but definitely worth finding a place to park and getting yourself in that door! They do have a drive thru and to go as well!

Wonderful savory food. Fried green tomatoes, onion rings, fried devil eggs, and of course terrific barbeque, brisket and burnt ends.

Ask to meet the chef! In a ten minute conversation she was genuine, sincere, enterprising, and professional.

Place was clean, wait staff and owner were very nice. The food was EXCELLENT. Got an order of fried deviled eggs as an app (delicious) followed it up with a grilled cheese toaster (brisket on Texas toast and a cheese skirt 🤯🤯🤯) something for everyone on their menu. It was a pleasant surprise off the beaten path in the lake town. If you are visiting Eufala you NEED to try this spot!!!

Hangin 8 is amazing! We drive almost an hour to eat there and it's worth it. I get the burnt ends w/ potato salad and cowboy beans, toast. I love the sweet BBQ sauce that's on the brisket. My wife gets the loaded baked potato w/ chicken and she really likes it. The cornbread is really good too. Try the fried deviled eggs! Be sure to make time to check out the shops downtown when go eat at Hangin 8 BBQ.

Best BBQ around and the staff are very pleasant. Lawanna and the girls are amazing right along with the delicious food. We love everything we have ate there and we go often

Do not pass this place without stopping! I’ve been eating BBQ since I was young (my dad raised cows), and these burnt ends and ribs are the best I’ve ever had.

Stopped there on way to texas , great staff and food was very good. I ordered the platter that had 2oz serving of all there smoked meats. Brisket was the star, real close 2nd was everything else smoked bologna , turkey, ribs, pulled pork, sides shown in picture was baked potato salad and yes fried deviled eggs. I would stop there again no doubt!

Carly was awesome, super sweet, very attentive, and great service. Some of the best brisket I’ve had in a minute. Definitely worth the visit.

Great friendly service even through the drive thru! We had a pulled pork sandwich and a chopped brisket sandwich both were delicious! The buns were toasted but still soft. We tried the medium and hot bbq sauces both were excellent and the hot was spicy but didn't have an overbearing heat.

My wife and I enjoyed this place from start to finish! The food was incredible and I loved them “burnt ends!”
My wife still talks about the fried deviled eggs, must go and check it out!!! I recommend eating here daily!!!

I had the PBR sandwich with fried deviled eggs. It was very good and they have something called house dressing that was good to put on it. Probably some of the best barbecue in a 30 mile radius

I've eaten BBQ from NY to California. Texas, St Louis, Iowa, Oklahoma, Michigan, etc, etc... This BBQ is something special. You would do well to try it. I have a hard time choosing a best, but it's at least in my top 3! And the hospitality of the people who run the establishment was phenomenal. That may actually kick it into 1st place! I will stop any time I am in the area!

Love everything about this place. Their chicken is to die for. Their meats are so juicy. My husband and I are very particular about how we like our meat. Her meat is not fatty at all, she cuts all of the fat off of her meats. So delicious.

Amazing food and even better service! The owner, was absolutely amazing- made the whole meal an experience we loved as a family! Definitely will be back again and again. Try the house dressing for sure 👍

Excellent staff, very friendly. Had the hot link sandwich and Cole slaw. I always stop by here whenever I'm in Eufaula. Highly recommend.

Stopped and got a pound of sliced brisket to go. The meat was amazing. It was falling apart tender and had delicious flavor. A pound was more than enough for four sandwiches.
