I referred my sister to this eye clinic and her experience was very easy and quick. She thought the staff was easygoing, courteous and kind. Her glasses came in a week and the glasses look fantastic to her face frame. She really recommended this place if you're looking for good customer service and easy transaction. She felt really cared for and I was happy for her!

My insurance isn’t in there network, but they never told me until after the eye exam and they charged me for glasses. I will find a reputable dr. Next time.

As long as I was allowing my kids to run crazy like they wanted them to they were ok with it. As soon as my kids wouldn't listen to me because the lady at the front desk kept over riding me, I kept trying to make them sit down and listen to me. Reminding them I am their mother that they listen to me.
My husband came out of his appointment and I asked him to please take the boys and he said ok and went to take them to the car and the lady at the front desk looks at me and says and what is he about to do to them. I said put them in the car but if they need a spankin he will give them one. That's none of your business. And she kept giving me a go to hell look. I told we would take our business else where. Worst place I have EVER been to.
My kids have ZERO bruises on their body's. Just because we have tattoos and "are bigger" than our kids does not mean we beat them. As the receptionist had put it. Oh and btw. It's a good thing not to try and over ride the parent.
