Staff are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they greet you by name if they know you. One of the perks of being in a small town like Sallisaw. Good things happening here. They also have an interesting display case of antique utility things for those history buffs. Vending machines and public restrooms are toward the back.

Easy to get to a REAL person. Problem was my mistake but the young lady who handled it was still incredibly nice and polite. Got it taken care of in minutes. Really good experience.

Pretty rude people here. And don't get the cable or internet cause they will turn off your electric if you can't pay.

I tried to pay my electric bill on 12/15/22 to avoid the late charge. However, when I got there a note was on the door stating they were closed from 1130 to 1. I had other things to attend to and tried to pay via XpressMusic pay online. It was down. I expressed that to them yet I still had to pay the late charge due to their office being closed and their payment system down.

Ladies seem friendly enough but talk about you. And when you go to transfer electric make sure to have a stack of paperwork ready. They don't really like to help and make things quite difficult when you are trying to fix your electric. Other than the electrical problems it seems decent and diamond net is really friendly. And helpful

Poor customer service. Definitely can tell blacks are not wanted. Attitude and won't look u in the face. Followed around by sallisaw pd. Have videotape of being followed by the cop on my job. Not a safe city for Black people.

I've been a member of the community for 10+ years. I've had electricity and Internet through them the whole time. They absolutely have awful customer service. Workers act as if you're not a paying customer. As for the internet service, it goes out once or twice a month, good luck getting it back on if it's after hours.. but if you pay minutes after the shut off you have to pay extra, don't expect any lenience or sympathy even if you've been a customer for over a decade.

I paid the electric bill on the cut off day @ 8:00 a.m. I was still charged the $40 "re-connect fee" when it had not been cut off. When I asked why I have to pay a re-connect fee when it was never disconnected, I was told that's just the way we do things. The electric bill is ridiculously high for a 2 bedroom trailer ,that is well insulated, it was $224.00 for one month. If only people had another choice instead of being stuck with the City's high prices and rude employees(customers pay their salary)

Bought a wedding ring set for my wife. And even though we aren't married, to let it be known it is done and final. I Traveled more than 100 miles after purchasing our wedding ring set. I showed in my suite, only to have the Court house refuse to marry us. My wife and I, her family, and others are outraged. Marriage. That's one thing that is supposed to be sacred. Very Angry. ...
