Urgent Care of Eufaula

I am not one to leave a review but I thought this one was completely necessary.
I have been to this specific Urgent Care two or three times in the past. All of those times l was left unimpressed with the service provided. One being a misdiagnosis, all times taking over an hour with no other patients in the waiting room, and so much more.
However, against my better judgment, to avoid going to Muskogee Or Mcalester I decided to give this one another try.
I was one thousand percent blown away with the care provided. We sat down and within minutes were called back by the provider themself. (Uncommon)
We were taken to the room, by the provider, instantly seen, and was able to figure out what was going on within minutes. We went in at 4:20 and was out by 4:37. The provider was Clint, and he was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I doubt many read these reviews but if you do, if Clint is working, you will not be disappointed with the care you receive.

By far one of the best Urgent Care's I have been to. Thank you so much for being kind, courteous, and thorough. It is nice to have this service in our town.

These ladies are amazing. I hope I get the names right. But Dr. Dobbs and nurse Tipton are the best. So kind and caring. They don't treat you like a number. I had previously gone to urgent care in McAlester. Never again will I go back there. The compassion alone you receive here in Eufaula is worth it all. Highly recommend Eufaula Urgent Care to everyone!

My daughter went to this urgent care today for an ear infection and while she said they were nice, they charged her $201.00!!! That's outrageous! She wishes now she had gone to the one in Owasso where she lives and would have paid less than half that price!

Dr Blackman-Wicks is an exceptional primary care doctor and I have no issues with the care I’ve received from her. The nursing staff, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. For instance, today I showed up for my blood work appointment on time. I was not seen for nearly an hour. Since I was getting blood work, I had been fasting, so my patience was running thin anyway. When I was finally seen, three separate nurses stuck me but couldn’t find a vein. For context, I haven’t had this problem on the two other occasions I went. Then, they had the nerve to blame their incompetence on me, suggesting that I didn’t drink enough water. When they couldn’t find my veins, they said they couldn’t do the draw and told me to go to McAlester. The entire affair amounted a colossal waste of time and money. If you can get your menial lab work done elsewhere, you’ll be much better for it.
