Best insurance ever. Very customer oriented. Best customer service I've ever had, very personal. They go above and beyond after an accident. Very affordable. We have our cars, extra play vehicles, house and rent house covered. Plus discounts at other places just for being a member.

I have been hounded multiple times for membership dues that I had already paid, and they have been billing me since December despite me calling and requesting that my policy end, and now the claim is that I didn’t make any effort to cancel or they don’t remember.I called quite frustrated to get them to stop billing me for a service I never requested or wanted, and the diplomatic response given to me was “you don’t have the balls to talk to Nathan that way”. At the very worst they are thieving and unprofessional, at the best they are utterly incompetent
