Best experience ever. Called on a weekend expecting only a call back on Monday. They called back within about 20 minutes, said they could come right over, they did, and fixed the problem in no time. Plus, Marshall is just a great guy.

Called at 0830 and he was here in 1 hr. Fixed the A/C super fast. I've used them for years and the service is still great!

We were out of town over the weekend & when we returned home late Sunday evening, it was evident something terrible happened to our AC unit. (It was almost 90° inside) we called Marshall’s heating and air early Monday morning & he was at our house within the hour, had the problem fixed in less than an hour, and was very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.

We called because our unit was making a noise. He came out at the time he said would, quickly assessed the situation, and pulled out a foreign object that had fallen thru the fan guard! He checked to be sure the noise was gone before he left. He did not even charge us his normal home visit fee. We have used him twice now. Great results both times!
