Compton is the best, makes going to the post worth the while. It would be closer to go to Florence but they are the worst. Compton is an asset as an employee, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't normally get stamps but when I do I come to the Post Office

Always pleasant, professional, fast, and knowledgeable. By far one of the best post offices I've visited over the years .

Compton is the slowest worker there and he thinks it's funny that my mail carrier won't come down my dirt road to deliver my packages but makes me go to the post office to get them. Diane she's a sweetheart and works very hard. She needs a raise.

These people DO NOT CARE how long it takes to help you. I have never seen a line move as slow as this one. They have zero cares for your time. Compton moves slower than any customer service rep I've ever seen in my life. But today took the cake. While trying to send christmas packages to soldiers from our county currently deployed, he took a call on his personal cell phone and walked away during the middle of my transaction! There is no oversight or management here at all and someone needs to do something.

this is our second day with no mail. If our normal carrier is not working, we can forget the mail.

Some of the slowest service you'll see. It's like they never check the drop of box out front though it's supposed to be checked daily. Terrible at scanning packages so you can see where it is for shipping, and when they finally do it's multiple days later than it should have been processed. It's embarrassing how poor the service is here.

Worker in here by himself and rather talk personal life with customers instead of doing his job and getting customers out the door. Compton is always slow.

This is the WORST mailing service EVER! Whoever the mail carrier is they do not take the time to actually READ the name of the address on the package, I just don't get it! This is like the 7th time my important packages have gone into someone else's mailbox and I'm honestly tired of it. Let's not get into the fact that NOBODY answers the freaking phone at the Darlington office SMH. At this point this facility and mail carrier service is so slack and very unprofessional! SMH

My 84 yr. old mother has been dealing with a HORRIBLE CARRIER who REFUSES to deliver her mail. My mother lives on a busy highway & her mail box was across the road. She fell into the busy road once & someone rescued her or she would have been run over. After this, she called the P.O. & was allowed to move the mail box to her drive way. The mail carrier started driving through her yard, eventually causing a HUGE crater in her front yard. She has been going back & forth with Mr. Harrell, Post Master to get this Carrier to STOP driving through her front yard, as we are worried that a sink hole will open due to the crater the Carrier has created. My mother has paid SEVERAL people to move the mail box to a place where the Carrier can deliver the mail without DRIVING THROUGH HER FRONT YARD, all to no avail. The ONLY 2 OPTIONS they are giving my 84 yr.old mother is 1. Put the mail box back across the street & use her walker & risk her life to get her mail, OR 2. Let the Carrier DRIVE THROUGH HER FRONT YARD, making the crater deeper & larger EVERY DAY, the crater the POSTAL SERVICE CREATED. If she does NOT comply with one of those 2 so called options, the Carrier REFUSES to deliver her mail. WE HAVE CALLED EVERYONE, all the way to Washington DC and NO ONE WILL HELP! Next we will be going PUBLIC with this!

Been holding my package, supposed to deliver days ago, they changed the date, and then said they couldn't deliver because they had no access. YOU DRIVE INTO THE DRIVEWAY AND DELIVER IT. LAZY. Can't wait to talk to someone about this.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in life I hate going into that place the man Compton never let business be between you and him he talks really loud to the point everyone knows your business and in an almost screaming voice he yells out your address like dude that is a hippa law I absolutely hate going there
