Raceway provided me a wonderful experience! I received help from Mr. Lamont as he was extremely welcoming and willing to help. Each question I asked was immediately answered with logical and evidence based statements. Working with Ms. Vickie, I knew that I was going to be informed about all financial aspects of my purchase! Ms. Vickie was very willing to elaborate upon ANYTHING I had a question about. *We’re both Gamecock fans so we got along very well!!* Another great member of the team I worked with was Mr. CJ! He is a straight shooter, no hassle, no wasted time! I RESPECT that and I APPRECIATE that about him! I can only respect a man willing to tell you how it is while still maintaining the upmost customer service. Overall, Raceway Ford of Darlington is a great dealership. They’re all ethical and logical people that have morals and values. Something pretty hard to find these days… So again, I recommend Raceway Ford! I’m sure your experience will be great! We had an awesome experience at Raceway Ford of Darlington. In and out the door within an hour because we had already reserved the truck we purchased. Saved a lot of money by not purchasing at the beach. Our salesperson Lamont was excellent! Straight forward from the start of the sale to the finish. Thanks Lamont and Team for making it so easy!

I just want to brag on the professionalism and hospitality that my wife and I received during our experience. Thorn was great, he was very hospitable and really made us feel welcomed during our visit. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we make the best decision for our situation. Ron was very patient and willing to work with us. He stay after close just so we could get the car just for us! Thank you all for showing us that you care!

Overall great experience and I would recommend buying from Darlington Raceway Ford. Lamont in particular made it a great experience. He didn't make me feel like my requests were a burden and he always made sure we understood what was going on versus trying to push a vehicle on us that we didn't want. He made sure my wife and I were happy with the vehicle and the price before we signed off on the dotted line.

Natasha Pierce here. What can I say? I left a review last year when I purchased my 2023 F150 STX and a wonderful experience and I experience with Darlington Ford raceway. I’m even more happy with the interaction because they went above and beyond even more above and beyond in last year, to put me in the vehicle, I’m in now . yes I purchased another 2023 F150 XLT yes I was upgraded and I still feel like a valuable customer.

When I first called they answered the phone and got me scheduled for my appointment right away. When I showed up Courtney was very nice and explained everything to me and wrote everything down for me. Even when I paid the lady was very nice. When you get this kind of good service , you definitely will return!

The guys here at raceway were awesome. Very accommodating and respectful definitely do business again. Thorne and Cj were great guys and as salesmen not pushy or annoying which is sometimes the worst part of buying a car! Go check them out! I went to other dealerships and they are for lack of a better word just not easy or enjoyable! The guys at raceway. Thorne and Cj the sales manager went above and beyond to find me what I wanted and make sure I was happy.

Easiest time I’ve ever had in purchasing a truck. Thornwell answered all my questions and had a ton of knowledge on the details of the vehicle. When it came time for the paper work I was blown away at how quickly and efficient the whole process was. Recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give this place a shot. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase. Five stars across the board !!!!!

We took my mom's Ford Escape here to have it looked at because some lights kept coming on. We had to take it in a couple of times and the entire experience was great. Everyone was so professional and nice from the moment we made the appointment to the time the work was done. Literally everyone took the time to listen to our concerns and make sure the issue was diagnosed correctly and repaired. I live in Charlotte but my mom lives in our hometown of Dillon, SC. I wanted to make sure she had a reliable dealership in the area, that we could trust to take care of her vehicle, and I think we definitively found it. I had to get some work done while I waited for her car and Courtney at the check-in counter even made sure I was comfortable at one of the desk so I could work without distraction. Above and beyond great customer service! As long as she has a Ford we will be coming to Raceway Ford of Darlington!!
